Motel 6 Biloxi, MS - Ocean Springs

It's nice you get a clean room every time, loby is clean & the landings as so the stairs are clean to.
The front is always nice when im up there.
There's a clean laundry room & the parking lot is clean when I see it.
TV has a good amount of channels.
Like the layout of the rooms and the neatness of it.
Slept like a rock the first few days.

The owner here is AMAZING he genuinely cares about his guests safety and just people all around. This hotel is in a convenient location near waffle house and has gas stations nearby too. As well as Pj's coffee. The rooms are clean, the lobby is spotless, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. I am truly grateful to have met such a beautiful soul thank you for all you do in the hospitality industry.

The room was comfy. The beds were plush. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Close to Keesler Air Force Base. Close to the beach I saved money on being able to bring my pet. It is a pet friendly motel.

While it's clean and cheap, it an old building. No dresser in the room to unpack for an extended stay, and when we checked in the hallway reeked of bug spray.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked this hotel on a whim just to find somewhere to sleep for the night, to our surprise this has been one of the best hotels we stayed at. the beds were perfect,the water pressure was great,the hotel was clean,lots of security cameras,nice tv with a good selection,non smoking! I’d highly recommend a night stay or even a vacation! Also if you happen to forgot any essentials, (bathroom items/food/cell phone chargers) they also have you covered there!

Yall i messed up. I left my 3year olds blanket in the room. I showed up 16 hours later, the manager said there was a note left to where it was. It was in the dryer. I am so thankful to how nice these people are. Its a nice place and the people are kind. They could of thrown it in the lost and found and I would of been happy, but no he pulled it straight out of the dryer. It was still warm.

This place is very clean. Most motel 6's are run down, drug infested motels. Not this one. The best motel 6 I've ever been in. The staff are friendly. The owner, Hershel, is absolutely amazing. He makes your stay as comfortable as possible. He runs a very well organized crew that will help in any way they can. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend Ocean Springs Motel 6. Home away from home. They're doing some renovations at the moment. You may have to put up with a little noise and a little dust but it's well worth the stay.

3-7-2020: Thank you Motel 6 Biloxi, for the spacious, clean rooms and wonderful service. Front desk and rest of staff were friendly and helpful. You can tell they definitely have standards and care about their customers here. We got a great special for a week's stay and I'm happy with it so far. Pets also stay free(up to two). My husband is a truck driver and we travel together full time so getting a break from the truck and road was nice, especially in a place as nice as this. We actually tried to book in a different place in Gulfport, but it was so bad we got a refund and came here.

I just wish we had at least a fridge so we could chill our sodas and also keep some cold foods like sandwiches and salads.
A microwave would also be nice but there is one in the lobby. I think having one on each floor with the ice and vending machines would be nice too.

Definitely keeping this place in mind for the next time we're in the area. Again, thank you!

It was a wonderful experience. Frankie was great. Room was very clean and kept even during my stay. I didn't appreciate staff talking about other staff members(Frankie)on the elevator, but she proved them wrong. Rest of the customer service was amazing.

We used to stay here back before the new owner took over. It's changed a lot. Right away the owner started renovations. I have to say I'm impressed.. Its clean and tidy, and the manager is awesome! For those with pets, they are great with your pets too! We know we will be staying here a lot now. To the staff, great job guys!!

The room was clean and pleasant. But the manager that I never even met was awesome! I accidentally left my tablet and he has been wonderful in helping me get it back. Hershel to was so helpful and nice! Very good place to stay. When I go back to Texas for a visit, I will stay there! Linda Davis

When I call direct to the motel 6 staff, they were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is always my first choice to stay at a motel 6 if we are not staying at the casino hotels. The rooms are clean, spacious, always ready, toiletries and towels are always clean and arranged nicely in their place. Beds are comfy, better than my own bed! From the first phone staff to the night staff and housekeepers..always a smile and welcoming words. Thank you, my family member now use motel 6 also because they feel if I choose y'all, then they know they will also feel good about their stay. My sister booked a room weeks later before our trip together and motel 6 put her right next to our weeks before reservation and we all were pleased. We then traveled home and happened to stay at another motel 6 in Lake Charles, wonderful hospitality!

The construction/remodeling is finished. My room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints. That being said, this is a budget friendly hotel. No fridge or microwave. Laminate flooring, no carpet. No iron or hair dryer. No in room coffee. But, I only stayed one night, and for $57 (with tax) it was perfect for me.

Extremely enjoyable stay. Front desk was very nice and attentive. Pet friendly which is always a plus. Rooms were a pleasant surprise, seems as if they were recently renovated. A lot better than other Motel 6’s I have stayed at. WIFI was fast and the hotel had free coffee- definitely a plus. Will without a doubt be staying here again next time I am in Biloxi.

I felt truly safe and comfortable the entire stay at the Motel 6. My son and I stayed by ourselves while on vacation for 5 days and felt like family to the staff by the end of our stay. My only complaint is the floors were a mess and it’s not the housekeeping’s fault it was the type flooring with bringing sand in from the beach. It always felt sticky/sandy. However, our stay was wonderful!!

I have to admit this is the best motel 6 I think I've ever stayed at. They have totally refurbished this entire facility. Thanks Herschel and all your crew for what you've done we will be back Time after Time guaranteed. If you're going to stay at motel 6 this is the one to stay at whether you're from out of town or local they treat you the same like family.

This Hotel is more than amazing for its price!!!!!! Bed and rooms are all cleaned up and organized. Hotel and the Hotels Lobby,Parking lot, and hallways including the elevators are extremely cleaned. And the room has wood floors which always guarantees that the floors are well maintained especially for asmatic people. There is actual cable to watch Which is amazing. It’s also in an area where there’s gas stations,fast food,Walmart super center,and casinos near by. GREAT HOTEL AND FEELS SAFE FOR SUCH A CHEAP PRICE!!!!!!!

I promised the housekeeper this morning that I'll give a review. 😊 Basic, but very clean room. The check in person bailed me out. I chosen a smoking room and didn't know it until see brought it to my attention. I guess she knew I didn't look like a smoker. She changed the room without any issue. I appreciate her for doing that!

JEMERIAH! Well he’s the Motel 6(Front Desk Clerk)in Cook Rd in Ocean Springs MS! This place has GREAT staff/customer service measures that I hold at a high also has a clean and neat area and room unit! Always accompanied with accommodation and respect when coming here! I’m glad it par-took in customer relations regarding complaints with its old staff and building needs! It’s been a breath of fresh air coming here lately which is more than I can say before! before.. 2021 here has been out with the old and in with the new!!! Keep it up guys❤😇🙌🏾👍🏾!! Keep Jeremiah as the FACECARD for this company, I for one would have to say he makes a GREAT asset to the Motel 6 in its entirety!!!😘

I checked in to motel 6 exit 50 and check-in was great, the customer service was so kind I felt safe and welcomed from the start. Room was very cleaned ,u can tell they are under new management and making changes for the betterment of the hotel and their staff.. heck of an improvement from previous stay last year ..
