Holiday Inn Express & Suites Biloxi- Ocean Springs, an IHG Hotel

This place is a diamond in the rough because from the road the area is a little sketchy but the rooms or all renovated and very nice and extremely clean. I was so impressed I became a member of the IHG club because I want to start booking only holiday inn expresses in the future

Rooms are clean ,staff Great, location on and off the interstate with no problems, Stores ,eating and ,beaches within a mile or so from you. Refered to a friend, stayed with yal in Tennessee,was a Wonder place ,will stay with y'all again.

After a 6 plus hour drive and 2 horrible attempts to stay in other hotels we landed here. And thank goodness for miracles.
From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff who were tidying the outside and assisting us immediately at the front desk. Our room was a 2 queen bed suite that was clean and smelled amazing. Their was no noise all night from any guests or the road. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. So many choices and a fresh selection of everything.
We will be back and thank you for being so great.

Kudos to my girl Nicky checking me in late, having my room ready, with a smile! Her attitude and kindness were incredible. The breakfast was immaculate. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner was the BOMB (actually works). The travel size Dove shampoos were the cherry on top. Love this place - highly recommend it. Tell Nicky that “Santa Clause” said “HI!!!”

Breakfast was a delight!!!! The pool needs cleaning, my daughter couldn't swim which is why we chose to come. Hopefully next time pool will be clean.

Always been my favorite hotel to stay when I come to town.

We were there on a football game weekend so it was very busy. Staff was still very congenial.

Afterwards, when we had returned home, I realized that clothes had been left in the closet. When I described them, the mgr could identify them items and send them to me!!

Clean. Smelled great when we walked in. Shower,,, omg.. loved it. Bed was even better. Coffee was superb. Holiday Inn lives up to their reputation. Front desk were incredibly kind and helpful. Price was decent. Will be back next time in town.

I have a large family and was blown away by how responsible the price point was for a family of 6. Staff was super friendly and even gave me some pointers on fun attractions in the area.I was able to get one of the newly renovated rooms they were clean comfy and surprisingly spacious. If I had one critique it would be the elevator is a little hinky it moves slow and makes noise but I also have an elevator phobia so I will admit that part could just be me ! Overall great stay close to beautiful white sand beaches, and, a cute little shopping area full of fun boutiques, and great resturants.We will definitely be back!

I usually don’t write reviews. The desk clerks went above my expectations. The rooms were clean. It was quiet at night. We missed breakfast due to sleeping in but was told it was 7-10 AM. I’m very thankful for the nice desk clerks. I wish I could have gotten their names to give them credit.

I have to been honest, I was terrified that my stay wasn't going to be good. It was a mishap with my reservation. We arrived July 4th day . Front desk receptionist was very pleasant & helpful. We arrived early, she gave me suggestions on what to do to kill some time. We checked in. The room was nice and cold. The room was CLEAN!!! Lk OCD CLEAN. It didn't have that sour carpet smell either in the hallways. Next day we got up & ate breakfast. I was completely sold cs they SERVED US TURKEY SAUSAGE!! 😃 I don't eat pork nor beef for medical reasons. Everything was Awesome!!! I will stay there again. Thank You 😊

Be advised house cleaning is every three days and if you want clean towels, leave the dirty ones outside the door and they’ll bring you some.

Got a two queen suite. Room and beds were clean. Hotel is clean. Comp breakfast was good. It’s on a busy street, but it’s nice. I’d recommend it

Rooms were clean. The bed was super comfortable. Noticeable signs of wear and tear around the property. Pool was open. Fitness center is closed. I went downtown and found some walking tracks. Breakfast is grab and go. No full service breakfast because of COVID-19. There is no casino inside the property. You have to drive 12 mins to Biloxi for that. All in all it was okay. I'm sure after the pandemic is over, they will get better.

Stayed here in July 2015 with my family. Great rooms, staff were all very polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Kids were extremely happy that there was lots to choose from. Only down side was the pool. Very small and kids decided they would pass. But we all agreed we would stay here again!

Room was very well updated with adjustable lighting and sleek modern furniture, including a chaise lounge.

Nice hot breakfast provided and location was safe. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Check in was fast and our room was clean and comfy.
Their breakfast was awesome! They offered a little of everything, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, omlets, biscuits and gravy, bagels, sausage, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, juice and coffee.
We didn't get to visit the pool but it looked clean.

Traveling with a 2 year old and 4 month old is never easy but they made this trip so much easier! My son has severe food allergies and they went above and beyond to accommodate us while we were there! The rooms were big, clean, comfortable and quiet! We will definitely be back!

We stay here during Cruisin the Coast. The staff is very welcoming, on the ball, always remember us and greet us by name when we arrive. Rooms are very comfortable, quiet, able to relax, breakfast is always great. 24 hr coffee is very good and such a treat to have all the fixing for coffee or tea anytime. Rooms are always clean, bed is comfortable. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best hotel my husband and I stay. It is clean, staff is wonderful and it's in a great location. Breakfast was good and hot. We love the pillows on the bed. My husband said when we get home we are going to the store and get some of those pillows. We travel to Ocean Springs/D'alberville often. We will come back. Thank you for everything.

During cross country travel, my family and I stopped at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Biloxi- Ocean Springs at 10:30PM without a reservation due to some unexpected circumstances. Janice at the front desk was a superstar! Even though there were no availabilities at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Biloxi- Ocean Springs, and the area's hotels were mostly booked, Janice went above and beyond to help us find another quality hotel in the area that had rooms available. She was so helpful, since we were not familiar with the area, the kids were exhausted, and we were under some time pressure. Janice's professionalism and kindness greatly impressed me, and undoubtedly reflects the quality of this hotel.
