Great place to get a quick workout in or jump in a class. Always friendly staff and clean facility. And the price is right.

I've had some of the greatest interactions of my life at this facility, and with a straight face i can honestly say this gym has changed my life for the better.

Great place to workout, man, that Maggie chick sure is a looker too! Luckily I married her.

Beautifully maintained indoor jacuzzi and pool. Awesome gym. It's $15 if you're not a member so it's a little pricey but well worth it if you have hours to spend here.

Fun pool for the kids. Good classes in the early morning.

This is a great family Gym. The price is extremely reasonable for all the extras vs your typical 24/7 gym. Love the free classes already attended 10 so far. You cant get those work outs at a 24/7 gym. Love the hot tub after a grueling leg day or back day. The Kid Zone is a life saver 1.25 and they watch your child for 2 hours. Plenty time to get great work out in and a soak in the hot tub. They also have military discount for us veterans. Would recommend it to anyone that has a hard time to work out due to little ones.

Went here traveling to the area. 15.00 day pass. They have everything you would need. I train powerlifters and was getting ready fkr a competition. They had everything I needed. Squat rack, benches and deadlift platform. Bumper plates and people in there that could spot you if you needed

Haven't signed up yet (next payday) but I've checked out several gyms. Sanford is has some of the better perks & more inclusive programs. The Tea/Ellis road location has a nice play set for the kids & a family friendly play pool. The oxbow location has a swim pool. Neither are 24 hour, both have 2 hour daycare for while you're working out

Love this wellness center. Has everything you could want or need including a great selection of free weights, weight machines, cardio equipment, cycle room, and more. Has free fitness classes weekly, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, and 2 pools, one with a slide! Perfect for the whole family. Great membership options and I love that you can cancel anytime.

Very nice facility. I mainly use the basketball court which is very nice and the patrons are courteous and welcoming. Being a guy who hasn't stepped foot in a gym in forever, I was apprehensive about it. Not any more though. One issue is the fact that they close at 6 on the weekends :(

This Wellness center is a "GOTTA HAVE IT."
The membership is NOT EXPENSIVE, when you have 2 locations to choose from and my last location did not have this and this is another amenity that I think people really need to put into consideration.

I did supersets on the Technogym weight stack machines. It lacked a shoulder press machine but everything was in good working order. My son shot baskets. We finished with a mile on the indoor track. The facility was clean including the locker room.

holy goodness. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. As a mom, the family locker rooms and amazing kiddie splash zone and pool are lifesavers. All the other things like swimsuit dryers, free lockers, great daycare facilities, and friendly, helpful staff make this wellness facility the best.

Been coming here for years. Friendly staff and great work our area plus walking. I only wish that the pool was a little deeper.

Great gym, great staff, always clean. Staff always around if you need help with anything as well. Month by month rates are great as well, highly recommend!

It has so many different workouts opportunities and also has a family pool with a hot tub and steam room.

Great staff, would recommend to renovate the showers, but apart from that awesome pool, steam room, sauna, a slide, a swimming lane and many more things you can do at this location

It is nice and clean on inside. Equipment is up to date and top notch. The classes are well done. Also it is great that they have a Profile in there, all of the Wellness Centers should have onsite Profile.
