I've found the quality of their install materials to be high quality and fair priced. - During the install process their team was on time, friendly, and also very knowledgeable. - I had the Thorton Team completely re-floor my entire home including hard floor surface and carpet. - All of which look wonderful. - On the carpet there was a couple minor imperfections that needed a second review. - The team took accountability immediately, sent their team out in a timely manner and make sure my property is done to perfection.

Prices are right! Plenty in stock of carpet and vinyl flooring. Easy access to the warehouse for pickup. Salesmen explained difference between carpets so I could make an educated decision in my choice and why.

Thornton Flooring put new carpet in our basement and did a phenomenal job! They did everything in one day and even vacuumed the whole area when they were done. We met with Nick and Jason to pick out the flooring in the store and they gave great insight in terms of what would be best for our family. I can be indecisive when overwhelmed with so many options but they made it effortless and I love the carpet we picked out. The price was very reasonable for high quality carpet and they were able to keep everything within our budget. The crew who did the install were very friendly and courteous. I felt like they went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the install and they left my house cleaner than when they arrived. 10/10 would recommend this company for anyone who is looking to get new flooring installed. We will definitely be back!

Great customer service! Provided me the space and time to search through the inventory after showing me the general options. Was great to be able to take large samples back to compare instead of little 4" samples. Answered all my questions thoroughly, and was overall extremely helpful. Big plus was the larger variety of designs and price points!

We have used Thornton a few times now for carpet and hardwood flooring. Their service is excellent, and the selection to choose from is huge. I feel they offer a great value for their materials. The team communicates well from sales to customer service, to accounting and finally installation. It has always been a smooth process for us and we will always go there for flooring needs in the Sioux Falls area.
