Tracy helped me pick the perfect leather to match my room and helped me pick the perfect design to fit my taste and the space of my living room. I could not be happier with my sofa and love seat! I'll definitely be going back for more furniture in the future. I love the full grain leather! It is breathable and you never stick to it! I've had it for 2 years and it looks as good as when I first bought it! My other sofa started peeling after about a year. this leather is amazing! It doesn't peel or ever feel sticky.

Tracy is a gentleman and he and his team do great work. I asked for completely custom couches (i.e., not using any of the styles on his showroom floor), drew up design documentation with him, and got more than I asked for. They're beautiful, and at half the price the hoity-toity retailers would charge for the exact same thing. No regrets!

Used to buy from Gallery. Quarantined big man recliners on FsthersDay sale for a thousand dollars with 3 year warranty. They would last just over 3 years.
When I met Tracy at south I-45 store over 10 years ago I bought 2 floor model recliners for a thousand each. These have been the best recliners money can buy. I love them.
I visited his new store and he gave me a pillow for the headrest. He wouldn't let me pay for it. He also told me how to drop off one if I needed fresh cushions are anything.
He also designed a sectional sofa for me at least 10 years ago. It still looks brand new. If there's such a thing as lifetime furniture this is it.

We purchased a couch from Tracy a few years ago, and has stood the test of time. Top notch craftsmanship and ability to customize anything you want! We just purchased a new home and have some more space to fill out...plan on going to inquire about making a few more pieces. Highly recommend checking them out.

I designed a sofa for my beach house to fit perfectly in the space. A rather large sofa and I spec'd a lot of details. Tracey made it as spec'd and it came out great. It is still in perfect condition after 6 years.

A few years ago we found Urban Leather after a friend referred us. If you are shopping around the Pottery Barn/Crate and Barrel/Restoration Hardware market and you cant stomach the idea of paying a King's ransom for what I consider inferior materials with little to no customization, go here instead. Tracy has made us several pieces which are all top grain works of art as opposed to bonded junk leather available elsewhere. What's really awesome is that every detail is customizable. For example, I had him make our couch 4 inches longer than normal because I hate when my feet hit the end while taking a nap. Not only do you get your pick of hundreds of leathers, but you can tweak the height, the depth, the firmness or softness, the width of the arms, legs. Start with one of his pieces and make it your own. What's crazy is that his pricing is in most cases comparable with the out of the box stuff from other place. Top grain customized leather vs "microfabric" that will stain stretch and wear in a few years. No brainer in my opinion. Our good friends have a couch and loveseat he made them nearly 11 years ago and it still looks great and sits well. Give this place a look, you wont be disappointed.

Since this is custom made furniture, its little pricy. But its worth the money.

Out leather sectional is now 7 + years old and it still looks almost brand new. We have been really happy with it.

Hello, I have been trying to call the store today but your mailbox is full. We were supposed to have our couch delivered today but have not been contacted. Our first delivery was supposed to be weeks ago, then last Thursday and now today. When will it be delivered?

No one answered phone when I called

BEWARE SCAM!!! 1st off the owner sold me a full couch of 2 colors. Color 1 was my favorite, color 2 was the smaller half of the couch. This couch was suppose to be modular, hand crafted, luxury. For 1 he sold me an 8k couch that I choose of leather color 1 that was discontinued!! He said I could do a payment plan but I had to put 2k down to get added to que. I did. I wasn’t going to give him more than half, when he never found a replacement color he kept saying he would look for. My friend put a deposit in 45 days after me and got his couch before me. Tracey (owner) had the nerve that to tell me id have to wait another month several weeks after my friend. FULL OF LIES. So my friends couch wobbles, unacceptable to be unlevel couch for 3.5k. My couches clips do not match up evenly, so if I try to connect my sections the half will sit over an inch further back than the rest!! He said I could choose my firmness, my couch is less firm than the showroom when I asked for firmer!!! THE STITCHING IS ALL MESSED UP!!! I’ve texted Tracey pictures of all this and asked hun to call me. I’ve asked him to fix it. And his responses are just shady, condescending, and pushy. He doesn’t want to talk about fixing this messed up couch, he just insists on me going with some ugly lime green color for discontinued color 1 (yellow). He just wants another 4k from me. How can I consciously spend another 4k on furniture with him when I’ve experienced 2 ORDERS MESSED UP! The firmness is WHACK, the clasps connector is WRONG, and the stitching is BOTCHED. Plus my friends is UNLEVEL. Unless he fixes the stitching and atleast clasp of mine
