The Branch

I had the wings with medium buffalo, Nashville hot, garlic parm, mango habanero, and cowabunga sauce. They were great! My wife had the Kyle special which was grilled chicken with peppers and onions covered in pepper jack cheese. For the table, we had the fried pickles and queso and chips. Everything was cooked perfectly and the two waitresses couldn't have been more pleasant. Wonderful anniversary experience for us!

We were in town for a wedding on a Saturday and the following Sunday was Mother’s Day and my birthday. We didn’t plan anything for Sunday, thinking everything would be reserved. We called Saturday (less than 24 hours in advance) and The Branch graciously squeezed 6 people in for an afternoon reservation. Connor (sp?) was our server and bartender and to say he was a delight would be an understatement. We practically invited him into our family 😆. He was so communicative and accommodating. I’ll preface this by saying I really enjoy a long meal. I love cooking at home and if I’m leaving my house for a meal, I want to feel comfortable. I like to sit, and relax, and enjoy conversation, and company, and drinks, and food, and not feel rushed or like I’m an inconvenience. This place gifted us all of those things. The food was delicious, the drinks were fantastic. My mom’s partner had inquired about a couple cocktail options and Connor offered to create a customized drink for him based on his preference. It’s so rare to find that level of hospitality these days at such an affordable establishment. I hesitate to even publicize this, but I will just to hammer in my point…. I wanted the salmon and it wasn’t on the Sunday brunch menu, but Connor accommodated that because it was my birthday. He AND the chef didn’t have to do that. I could’ve easily picked one of the other delicious options. But they did and that’s not something that should be expected but it’s a level of hospitality that is so appreciated and does NOT go unnoticed. To me, the food didn’t take an unreasonable amount of time to get to table (again, I like to eat leisurely). However, Connor was consistent in communication to us about the timing of our meal which was also much appreciated. The scenery was so charming. Rustic and natural- highly recommend asking for seating in the bar area to enjoy the views of the creek.

Had a great meal. Our server was friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the view from our table.

New to the area, and this was the first place I came to! Great service, great bar, great food. I had a cosmopolitan filled to the brim and it was incredible! Chef Star and Chef Eva are incredible with the food, the steak was cooked beautifully and came out in good time. (A little longer that 10 min but it was worth every second)

Had the stir fry for a great price, lovely environment, they let us sit upstairs to enjoy the outdoors more! The food was well made and well served by friendly staff members. Me and my wife had a blast and had great beverages made by their bartender. Definitely a go to spot and will come back later for sure. Could use a little less spider Webs upstairs but that’s okay, no actual spiders.

We weren't really sure how nice of a restaurant The Branch was going to be since it is right next to the University. We were very happy that we decided to try it. The decor is very nice and there is both an indoor and outdoor seating areas next to a lovely creek. The food was excellent. We had the fried cheese appetizer, the club sandwich with sweet potato fries, and the swiss mushroom burger with a side salad. We highly recommend all of these. Bring a appetite because the portions are plentiful.

Beautiful place with a lovely atmosphere. They have a whole brunch menu with lots of variety to choose from and it was delicious.

I love The Branch!!! Conor and Brenden are both amazing!!! Drinks were never empty and food is always incredible!!! I've had the fried chicken sandwich, burger, Kyle's Special... gosh I've never had anything that wasn't top notch! Always my go-to when in Tahlequah!!

I’ve always had a good time at this place. All of the staff is super friendly and very attentive, while always making sure your drink doesn’t go empty. If you find yourself in Tahlequah come check it out! Even if you’re a local, come back by! You won’t be disappointed.

Great food, decent service and a beautiful view! We sat where we could watch the river/ water fall. There were only two employees out front, a bar tender and a server. They were nice it was just a little bit of a wait. We both really enjoyed the food! I had the Vegas Steak Salad with balsamic vinaigrette and my husband had the Rowdy Burger with mashed potatoes…. Wonderful flavors in both meals! We will be back.

All of the staff has been very attentive, which is my #1 take on a good restaurant! The food is great and there is always good conversation and great music. Shout out to Brendan, Conor, Philline, Zeke, Daniel & Grant!

I love coming to the branch to unwind after work. Great music most nights of the week. Open mic on Wednesdays too! My favorite item on the menu is the fajita trap.

We try to eat brunch every Saturday at the Branch and it is my favorite brunch place. There is a wide food selection from eggs, omelettes, and avocado toast. There is approximate brunch music and the service is excellent, as always.

The Branch is a charming cafe nestled in the heart of Tahlequah. Their menu boasts a variety yummy food! With its laid-back ambiance and attentive service, it's the perfect spot for a casual meal or catching up with friends over food! Love the vibes of this place. Always friendly staff.

The atmosphere was the best part. We had a peaceful lunch on their upper patio. The waitstaff came up regularly to check on us and portions were to the Oklahoma standard.

This place is amazing,the atmosphere is super chill,the staff are extremely courteous, super friendly and as my grandpa would say,really easy on the eyes.
The food is amazing,if you have not tried this establishment,may I recommend Taco Tuesdays.

Best dining in Tahlequah in my opinion. My wife and I have lived in the area 6 months and keep coming back after being disappointed by most other places nearby. Other places have good food but their atmosphere sucks, making me feel like I am eating at a church social hall. The Branch's atmosphere is great. Good drinks, nice view, and a great variety on the menu. Nate was our bartender and was very helpful and engaging without being overbearing. If you are in the area, suggest giving The Branch a try.

This is a great place to grab a beer after work. Very interesting people to talk to, great food and drink. I am really glad I found this place.

The food here is good! Great location downtown with a pretty little creek/waterfall next to it that you can see out the windows. More upscale food and prices but delicious and worth it.

Beautiful place, great food, just alittle pricey, but great service & atmosphere too! Everything was wonderful.
