Osprey Landing RV Resort

We are very happy here. We’ve had quick responses to anything we have needed from Stan & Susan and they are always checking to make sure things are fine! They are super friendly. The place is well kept and secure! Glad to have found this place :)

We have been at osprey landing for 3 years. I like this park a lot. It is my home away from home. Close to the beaches of Emerald Isle, without all the congestion. I like fishing on bouge Inlet pier and I can be there in about 7 minutes. Large lots with room for 2 vehicles and storage building. Pool, laundry facilities, boat storage are available. Price is very reasonable.

We were looking for a 12 month RV resort in Cartaret county area, near the ocean. This resort is clean, well managed and well cared for. The pool location is perfect for relaxing. Stan and Susan are great at helping us resolve any issues with our camping. We feel our choice was excellent. Neighbors are friendly. Great place to keep RV at the beach.

This RV park is a clean, well kept resort that provides a secure and relaxing getaway for our family at the beach. We highly recommend anyone looking for a place close to Emerald Isle to come check this place out. You will not find a better community in which to setup your RV. Stan and Susan are great landlords and they will definitely look out for the best interests of those that come to stay.

My wife and I have been dealing with Osprey Landing RV Resort in preparation for our move from Vancouver, BC to their lovely location. It's been a great experience and a very thorough validation process which we appreciate to make sure we have a pleasant and safe neighborhood for our children and family. Went to visit to meet the friendly/helpful owners and see the lot which was better then our expectations. We are looking forward to living in the area and getting to know our new neighbors.

As a permanent resident of Osprey Landing, I could not be more pleased in calling this beautiful park home. This is a new-ish resort park, and the proposed plans for the future are wonderful and exciting.

As a homeowner, my dealings with the park owners have never been anything less than professional, courteous, friendly, and caring. The park is well kept, the neighbors are friendly, and the park owners watch out to keep the resort safe, secure, and enjoyable for all.

I felt the need to write this after reading all the reviews about the owners being rude. My husband and I are currently in a desperate search to find an RV park due to failed closing on a house.
I called Osprey Landing and spoke to Susan, who was very pleasant and told me there were no availabilities. She then called back and said they'd be willing to open a yearly space if we met the criteria. Turns out my dogs (Boxer and American Bulldog/Labrador mix from the shelter) aren't breeds they accept.
She apologized a couple times, and even referred me to other parks.
She was exceedingly pleasant, tried her best to accommodate my husband and I and our fur babies, and tried to refer us to other parks. I think sometimes people are quick to anger and write negative reviews without stopping to really consider the situation in it's entirety. We would have loved to stay in their park, but rules are rules. Hope this lovely lady finds success in her new park.

I just moved into Osprey Landing RV Resort from Oregon. I love the friendly and welcoming Owners. Susan and Stan they are there to help understand the RV ways of living and go the extra mile for you.
I enjoy all my neighbors and I feel safe and Secure.

Probably the best new RV Park in Western Carteret County. Close to Emerald Isle beaches and directly across from Star Hill Country Club. Stan and Susan are Amazing hosts and Owner/Operators. Could not recommend this park more highly! Check them out.

The owners made our move in experience very uneventful. Very quiet RV resort.

Great Location and excellent pricing! Just a short drive to the Ocean and Minutes away from everything you'll need! This is definitely the place you'll want to hook up at. Get ready to relax, have some fun in the sun, let your hair down and get sand on your feet. The owners are awesome, laid back and easy to talk with.

Great location close to everything in the area. Well kept grounds and a nice quiet place. As a full-time resident I appreciate the peace and good neighbors. As the sixth unit put in here I have seen it grow quite a bit with a lot more room (for now) for any others interested in a great location. FYI, would have done 5 stars but I don't really believe in perfection, think of my 4 as most people's 5!
