Great service with a small town feel. When I arrived and learned they don’t use credit cards, they offered coins for me to start my laundry with the promise of going to get cash and pay them back. Who does that these days?! Very affordable pricing as well.

This place is small, but awesome because there are people working there that actively help you with the washers and dryers. They are also nice and sociable. This makes any laundromat amazing because there are always problems with laundromat equipment when you go to use it. These ladies actually said hi and asked how they could help right when I walked in the door. Of course I had a problem with my big front loading washing machine in the middle of a wash. One of the ladies jumped right in and fixed it for me before I even noticed that there was a problem. I like going to places where people are nice. That seems to be rare nowadays. I was going to the laundromat because I had a king size comforter, which would not fit in my washer at home. I went to a few other places before this one and they all had very small front loading washing machines (like you have at home),
and there was no one to help you. I was kind of shocked to see so many laundromats with very very small front loading washers and no large washers. Must be miserable for people who have a lot of laundry and have to put it in so many washers. KNS does have the big washers, no problem.

Attentive staff. Prices reasonable. Clean and open longs hours. The only laundromat I want to use. Been using them for 30 years off and on. I usually use the large washer for bedspreads and pads.

So nice and clean here. Relatively cheaper than other coin ops.

We aren’t from around here, just need laundry for a few weeks. Worth the drive. Nice people that work here. Patrons are also friendly. I brought my 2 year old little girl with me and they were very helpful and non judgemental which I appreciate as I haven’t done this in years. Thanks ladies.

This is my first time coming here and it definitely won’t be my last. I had been looking for a place to take my clothes and thankfully I found it. Yes, the location is small but to me it was actually the perfect size. From what I could see all the machines were working fine. The lady that works here is super kind and helpful. I told her that I had never gone to laundromat before and so she proceeded to showed me how to work the machines and everything. Another plus to my experience was the time that I went. I went in the evening not many people where there. However, even the customers were nice. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience at a laundromat.

I visited today to wash an oversized comforter. The service was excellent and the machines were in good working order. An employee greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I haven't been to a laundromat in years so I was grateful that she asked me! Safety precautions were in place for the pandemic. Thank you, KNS Coin Laundry! I'll be back.

I'm new the Greensboro and KNS is near my home. I don't have a washer and dryer yet, so I've had to go to the laundromat. This place is small, but it's comfortable. EVERYONE has been so nice and helpful and I like having someone there to help if I need it. They sell detergent and dryer sheets for 1.00 and the dryer sheets come two in a box. Recently, I wanted to wash my clothes and it was a Sunday. They weren't open so I went looking for a different one. I walked into this room fancy one which was bigger but there was no attendant there it seemed and all the machines were more expensive than what I paid KNS. So I put all my clothes back in the car and decided to wait until they're open because they're the best. I really feel at home here. Thanks KNS and staff for making washing your clothes at a laundromat comfortable easy and comfortable.

They are the best. The entire time I am there, they are working. During covid, they are very diligent with wiping off surfaces. Each washer/ dryer used, they clean it off before next patron. They are kind and have a desire to help. The machines work well. They really maintain the place. It's clean. I travel cross town passing several laundrys to get to them. Wish I could duplicate them a few times throughout Greensboro. Pleasant to talk too also.

Best place around town to do laundry love that staff is very tentative and always letting you know when a washer or dryer is open. You have the option of doing your own laundry or paying them to do it for you. Also has good pricing on vending machine items

Our machine is broken and won’t be fixed for at least a week. I went in with a large basket filled with clothes plus and infant in a car seat, in a stroller. I was greeted and also asked if I needed help carrying anything out to my car since I had the baby. While I don’t enjoy having to go out right now everyone was masked and the place was clean and now so are my clothes :)

My only laundering facility I will go to. Small but quaint & the staff are friendly and keep everything spotless. Is also air conditioned which is important to me. Covid friendly, masks are required.

The family who work here are unbelievably kind, wonderful and helpful. Clean facility. They work hard, and took great care of me.

Laundry is a little older and a bit cramped, but kept clean and in good running order. Snack and drink machine on premises. Free WIFI. The employees are really nice and helpful!

Very nice staff super helpful. I felt dumb not knowing how to use the machines but they jumped and and walked me through it.

Very reasonably priced machines, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

I couldn’t get my clothes washed at my apartment complex because there system is down and nobody called me back at all to help me fix it(Lakes at Lincoln 😒) ,THEY TAKE CARDS HERE!! There’s only $1 charge and they even help you!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR ANY COLLEGE STUDENT LOOKING TO WASH CLOTHES IN GREENSBORO!!

Nice friendly attendant present at all times. And it is near shopping and restaurants if you have errands on your laundry day list!
