Honey Wasabi. I've been eating sushi for 30+ years and I have NEVER had something so good. Our table got a good mix of Hibachi, Sushi, and Thai dishes. Everything was lovely. Will def be back every time we are in Franklin.

The food here is fantastic. This is our "girls night out" spot every other week and we always look forward to the Delicious gyoza dumplings, crab Rangoons, and sushi rolls. Oh and definitely try the apple sake!

Sakura is a pleasant surprise in Franklin, NC area. I like testing places with a standard dish, so I tried the General Tso's Chicken. It was made exactly right, which gave Sakura my high marks.

The unsweetened tea was also delightful, and my glass was kept full. I'm pretty rough on restaurants when they don't care about the details.

Everything was extremely fresh, extra delicious and very fairly priced. Our group of five had several appetizers and a multitude of main courses. Not one complaint among us. Rebecca, our server was very pleasant and courteous. When in Franklin, we look forward to visiting Sakura again! 🥢

Good sushi is hard to come by in this area, so Sakura was a pleasant surprise! I tried several sushi rolls and they were all deliciously fresh and flavorful. Our server Emily was so lovely and helpful, and the atmosphere of the restaurant felt elegant which makes for a lovely outing! It’s also very reasonably priced, which is always a plus. They even had gluten free soy sauce which I greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for good quality sushi in the Franklin area look no further!

We love Sakura! Best Japanese for miles around. The hibachi entrees, sushi, gyoza, and spring rolls are our favorites and they have a good drink menu as well.

We came in a bit skeptical over reviews for the service in the reviews - however I can say without a doubt we had amazing service! The food was phenomenal! Do not expect a “Hibachi Show” where they cook in front of you - this is not that place! Food was excellent, fresh, cooked to perfection!! The service was phenomenal! We came in at 5pm on a Saturday evening and it was relatively quiet. Not super busy yet.

Great place to have dinner or lunch ! My husband orders the General Tso and I always get the sushi . The general Tso sauce is very savory and tangy with the right amount of sweetness , they give you a pretty big portion with rice and broccoli. The sushi rolls can be pretty big , but the flavors are excellent and the rolls are out together perfectly. We will definitely keep coming here !!

Dine or take out you will be completely satisfied with the delicious taste of all their food. We go with friends on Monday nights and we are NEVER disappointed! Great atmosphere also. Very comfortable.

One of my favorite resuraunts in the the area. The lunch specials are great for anyone on a tight budget who wants Asian cuisine (sushi included).
Downfall: they are closed on wednesdays during the winter, so be sure to call ahead if you aren't sure if they're open.

AMAZING FOOD!!! I’m not one to like sushi but theirs is amazing. The manager runs the restaurant very smoothly and there are barely any complications.
I recommend the Cucumber Avocado Roll ( for an appetizer) and for the main meal I recommend the Chicken hibachi. I know you will love it here and even if you don’t the design inside is beautiful and the bathrooms are kept clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😍

One of our favorites! Food is always super fresh and tasty! It is a bit on the pricy side, especially if you include drinks with your meal, but it is well worth it for a special night! Also, they take a bit longer to serve the food (probably because it is all fresh and made to order), but I love that because I enjoy spending time talking over a drink with friends and family when going out to eat. You pay for the atmosphere as much as the food when eating out, and I love the atmosphere here!

The sushi is always amazing. I usually get the Yummy Roll and the Crazy Salmon.

Great sushi, I had the Sakura Roll and a Spicy Tuna Roll both where very good. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable booths as well. Highly recommend

Went here mid afternoon during the week. Wasn't crowded at all. The staff are very friendly and the food is amazing. All of the fish looked fresh. They have a pretty big selection of sushi rolls also. I would recommend this place if you are looking for some good sushi.

I walked in for the first time 15 mins before they closed and they still sat me and were super nice. Food was delicious!

So good! Fairly priced, good service. Table setup and high walls are nice so everyone doesn't hear everyone's background noise. Snapper entree was fantastic. Portions were adequate and not 5 tons of fried rice with some afterthoughts of other food. Looking forward to many more visits!

We ordered take away and just wow. Not expecting this in this small town but it was delicious and fresh. Order the Yummy roll!!! Nice job. Open one in Rome Georgia please!

This is absolutely the best menu and Japanese food with a huge variety of sushi! Our server, Daylon, was so nice, knowledgeable and knew what we needed before we did. Sakura is the new gem in Franklin, NC. Delicious!
