Rented a condo through angelfish properties and could not be more happy with the service we got from shannon. she even messaged us warning us about the red flag status at the beach, and checked on us to make sure everything was up to par. check in and check out was quick and easy. would definitely rent through them again!!!

Had a wonderful stay in Emerald Isle at one of Angelfish's houses. Beautiful, clean property and first class service, anything we needed Brian and Shannon were happy to provide us with. Our family looks forward to returning here next year.

After a week at Beach Mountain, I’m happy to report that we’ll be back. The house was perfect for our big family and gave us plenty of room to spread out. Fortunately we didn’t have any rain days. Had we though, we’d have been fine with all the books, board games and dvds. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach and the grill came in handy a few nights cooking fresh seafood from Capt Willis. Shannon and Brian were easy to get in touch with throughout the process and they honestly cared that our vacation was wonderful. We’ve rented vacation homes from a number of property management companies, VRBO, and Airbnb, but we hadn’t rented from such gracious hosts before. We’ll definitely rent from Angelfish in the future! Thanks for a great stay.

Just finished a two week rental at Beau Soleil, one of Angelfish Properties’ oceanfront homes in The Point neighborhood on the very west end of Emerald Isle. Had a fabulous time. Brian and Shannon Peale were extremely easy to work with and provided great customer service. Shannon must never put down her phone because she responded within seconds to a couple simple logistical questions I had early the first week.

The home is incredible. Can’t recommend it enough. Worth every penny and then some. My wife and I had most of the first week to ourselves with family arriving the middle weekend and staying for the second week. The house easily accommodated our extended family of 10 with plenty of room to spare. The pool and hot tub were in great condition and cleaned twice a week. The two decks offered fantastic space for our family to gather and share dinner, stories, drinks, etc. When the beach got a little too windy and sandy, the pool and deck space made for a great alternative for a few hours.

All three floors offer great common space for entertainment or relaxation. I must say the main kitchen on the second floor was outstanding. Well stocked and well laid out. It had everything we needed for two weeks of meals. Gourmet quality kitchen. The downstairs kitchen is also a nice bonus for extra storage for food and drinks. The views are spectacular and the beach is wide with wonderful dunes between the home and the water (offering a great setting for the obligatory family photos at the end of our stay). Every room has HD TV and is tastefully decorated. The home has an amazing collection of original artwork done by the owner. Beau Soleil is also pet friendly, which was hard to find in a high-end rental that size on the ocean (of course we could not leave our 6 yr old Boykin Spaniel at home for two weeks).

I am partial to Emerald Isle, having vacationed there off and on for 30 years. But I had never stayed on the west end of the island. It was great and we can’t wait to come back again. The house is very close to the western tip of the island and made for great walks in the morning and at sunset. The home’s location was close to shopping and entertainment. The kids had quick trips to ice cream, putt putt, and go carts, although the daily favorite lunch option, the Big Oak Drive-In, was a little further away for us than past years (but still totally worth the drive). The Star Hill Golf Club is less than a 15 minute drive, with three 9-hole courses that my family has played many times. I’m a 10 handicap and I always enjoy it. It’s always in good shape and very reasonably priced compared to courses on the northern part of the Outer Banks (Corolla, Duck, Nags Head).

If you’re considering Emerald Isle for a family vacation, you really should reach out directly to Shannon and Brian. I promise they will take great care of you, and your experience will exceed your expectations at every turn.

During our recent trip to Emerald Isle NC, we once again stayed at our favorite place, Beau Soleil. This home is located on the inlet end of Emerald Isle and sits elevated which enhances the ocean view. The sunrise in the mornings were breath taking, especially when accompanied by a few clouds on the distant horizon. The natural access to the beach is private and offers plenty opportunity to spot deer and other wildlife in the area.
This wonderful place is a testament to the owners who have furnished it with personal works of art. Olivia Peele shares her wonderful artistic talent with amazing portraits of various family members as well as eclectic pieces throughout the home. The look and feel of Beau Soleil compliments the beauty and awe of the panoramic view it offers. Our well equipped kitchen, swimming pool with hot tub and comfortable furnishings added to the ambience which makes Beau Soleil a five star beach property in our opinion. Not what I needed

If only it were possible to give this company ZERO stars. Brian is a sleazy, dishonest, immoral businessman. He has lied and cheated and broken every rule in real estate! If you consider your a person of good character and value good business practices do not deal with these people!!!
