Hubbs wanted to change me from our son's At&t plan to his Verizon plan. Was glad that this location was open for business on a Sunday.
We were greeted as soon as we walked in by our very helpful and knowledgeable sales associate, Richard.
He walked us through the entire process, answered our questions and made some great suggestions.
He was very attentive made it a really great experience!

Marilyn was so helpful and patient! She explained everything really clearly and helped us choose the best plan and add-ons . I would absolutely come here again.

I had a great experience with Cheryl the manager and KiKi the operations manager. They had so much patience and stellar customer service! I really appreciated their time and grateful they were able to help my grandma. They were very kind and it was refreshing to see people working that seemed to not only enjoy their job but have a real concern for customers. Thank you!!!

I have been a Verizon customer for the past 26 years. The store in Owosso is the best I have had dealing with although the others have been good. Brandon is an exceptional manager and has helped not only me but others without hesitation. Thanks Brandon.

The ONLY Verizon store I will visit ever again. The best service I have received from the many stores I have visited! The usual issue of something working when they look at it is my enemy. They ignored the fact it was working and took care of my issues immediately! They didn't treat me like a person just out of highschool, despite me looking that way. Very respectful staff and very helpful! They seem to truly care!

Good store with knowledgeable staff and eager to help. Enjoy going there whenever I have a problem or question.

Took 3 trips to get my Google Pixel Watch set up with LTE service. It should have only taken 2, but the employee on my second trip didn't want to make any effort to help me.

Been a customer for a decade atleast and the customer service is always rock solid inside the store or on the phone. I enjoy the unlimited plan for data if I need it. Always willing to help and they thank you for your business. Keep it up y'all and I'll always be a happy customer! Great job👍🏻

Anytime I need help I go here in person. This time I wanted a new watch for my husband the Manager and an associate helped me and as always I received excellent service.

Even if you have to wait a little bit, you will be acknowledged when you walk in the door. The employees I've dealt with always seem to genuinely care about helping resolve any issues I'm having with my phone. If they don't know how to fix my problem, they will find a coworker or another resource to resolve whatever I'm dealing with.

Just switch from Boost Mobile. We got brand new phones and brand new service. So far everything is wonderful this company is taking great care of us. It's only been a little bit but so far no issues.

DeVonte was very helpful in setting up new service for my client, helping him get an amazing deal on a brand new iphone, selecting the correct plan, etc. I would highly recommend this store if you are north of Tulsa as I always get great service at this store every time I go here. Great job Verizon and DeVonte!

For years my family went back and forth between Verizon, AT&T, and U.S. Cellular before finally settling on Verizon for the long haul simply because of their customer service. I have gone into Verizon with phone issues, upgrades, account changes and add-ons. Every single time my needs were handled with ease and I felt confident in their ability. No matter how busy the store was, I always felt taken care of.

As I said in my previous post below...I took my whole family in to switch over to Verizon. Jimere was busy with other clients but we were immediately greeted by Linda and we proceeded to explain our needs. Linda was super helpful. We had a lot going on and she stayed focused and got us taken care of. She answered all of our questions, ported all our numbers over from 2 different carriers, set up all 4 phones, transferred all the photos, and emails, and helped my kids get all their stuff up and running. Very nice and knowledgeable as well. Couldn't have gone more smoothly. If you're on the fence...don't know who to choose...I will tell you with confidence Verizon is the way to go. Other carriers may be cheaper....buuuuuut....you get what you pay for in this case. If you don't mind never having service, dropped calls, failed messages and horrible customer service stay with the others. Not worth the few dollars I save with the others....to me anyways.

Jimere is awesome. Super friendly, and very knowledgeable. All of the associates were very helpful, but Jimere went above and beyond. Took over 30 mins to move all of my stuff from the other phone to the new one (not typical, but I had A LOT) and stood with me the whole time making sure it went over without a problem. He explained all the packages to me, and helped me chose the best for my needs. Went over accessories and installed them all. Super nice guy. I will be moving all of my families devices over to Verizon thanks to Jimere. They are more expensive than everyone else, but the service (both network and customer service) are top notch. Customer service is dead in this country now days, but apparently... not at this store.

Jamir at the Owasso location was wonderful and made our experience easy and pleasant. He didn’t pressure us and was very informative. He knew the products and services well and was able to explain the process with ease. I totally recommend working with Jamir at the Owasso Verizon store!

I have LOVED doing business with this local Verizon store! My company has 10 cell phones and 8 tablets under our plan with them. We transitioned over from ATT, and it has been incredible customer service from day one!

Went in to so a quick pay on a jetpack. The gentenalmen was super nice and fast with my visit. He was nice conversation while I was there. The place was clean and not busy.

I loved the staff they were so nice and respectful and when we called to see if we could switch a phone to they're service but the phone was specific to the tower so we couldn't but the guy was super nice and gave recommendation on phones

Alex was a great help getting a new phone and explaining all the different options. He even put the screen protector on for me. Great service!
