Long's Carpet & Restoration

They are complete con artists. Called them to put in new carpet and laminate. Gary and his wife come in without any samples then convinces us that restoring our hardwood floors would be best. All they did was pull up our carpeting then he left a boy at my home. He spent ten minutes showing the boy how to run a buffer then left. That young man completely stripped my floors. They took no responsibility and was going to leave my floors looking bad. When we confronted gary about how bad it was he said he doesn't do restoration. We paid him for the tile work which at the time looked nice but now four days later we have tiles cracking and popping up. I've tried calling several times with no answer.
