My family has had a long standing relationship with Heritage!! Amy is professional, caring and courteous. This funeral has buried my mama, one of my brothers, a uncle, step brother, step father and my best friend and many others. The care and compassion showed to my family during these difficult times by this funeral home was exceptional!! Not to mention the way they took care of my loved ones they were buring. Thompsons, Revels, Locklear's are a distant second when it comes to professionalism, compassion and service. Fannie Locklear is exceptional and the rest of her staff is great as well.

This funeral homes has earned my trust and my business. A friend of mine didn’t have insurance but This funeral took care of her and set a payment plan for the family. No other funeral home would touch her without insurance shame on them for that.

Heritage provided exceptional service and support when it came to handling my mom’s funeral arrangements. It was indeed all about CUSTOMER SERVICE and providing peace during a difficult time. They never asked about policy amounts or who was going to be paying for expenses, I had to ask about that, because Ms. Amy’s focus was not on money but ensuring we were taking care of!

very friendly staff. will work with u every step of the way. they are about helping people above money unlike some funeral homes. went in an met with ms.amy she is the best. highly recommend them.

Amy was so nice, so helpful during our recent tragedy. I felt I was dealing with a longtime and caring friend. I can't convey how important "attitude" is during times of sorrow but Amy understood and for that I am thankful.
