Regarding their daycare program, I fully appreciate the care provided in the infant/toddler room. My infant is so calm and happy there; I can tell that the teachers established trust with him early. The lead teacher is incredibly reliable and positive. The rooms are brightly decorated with appropriate developmental toys and are always clean. Before coming to this daycare this fall, our child had a difficult time in the previous one over the summer that had a 3 star rating, so it was such a relief to find this place filled with loving and caring staff in an environment that suits so well with babies' emotional and developmental needs.

Their preschool is absolutely awful. Terrible mistreatment of children in their care with no regard for their well-being. Teachers at this preschool have refused to administer vital medication (even after completing their paperwork to ensure medication is administered correctly), restrict food and water because "then we'd have to change more diapers," and admittedly do not allow children to complete their own arts and crafts because it's too messy. Foods sent with children for lunch will also not be given to them if they might make a mess.
