The customer service here is awesome- Cynthia is so helpful and kind. She helped me upgrade my storage unit size on Labor Day weekend and went above and beyond on getting me a bigger unit and giving me time to move in. I would definitely recommend global due to her and her staff.

This facility is clean and well managed! Ronnie can help you with a new lease, he is honest, upfront and will answer any question you may have. As other reviews have stated, the location and prices are great, their standard of cleanliness , the units are well lit at night to ensure belongings are safe, and the staff is incredibly kind and informative. I wouldn't want to store my things anywhere BUT Global Self Storage!

We have been tenants for 7+ years. This facility is the best managed and maintained storage spot I’ve ever used. On site manager is always pleasant and ready to help. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s definitely the best. Lots of cameras, secure and spotless. Very happy customer. Personally I’d rather pay more for the piece of mind that comes with top notch security and staff.

Staff is always friendly when I see them. Respectful, coded gate always works, I leave my personal vehicle there when working and I know it's protected. Can't put a price on security.

Cynthia the general manager is very nice. She gave me the 4 month minimum stay discount, and I didn’t even though about it. Great Value. The 10x10 I have Unit is great, facilities clean, location is right off the highway. The Global Self Storage location is always full, so you’ll be lucky to grab a place of a unit becomes available. This facility is top notch in terms of location, upkeep, and security. I really appreciated Cynthia and Ronnie, who were very helpful in assisting me with finding a storage unit for my 23' boat. I initially signed up for a unit that my boat ultimately would not fit into due to ground clearance, but they worked to move me to a different unit that worked perfectly without any hassle. Highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

This place is great. It's very clean with good access to the highway. It's well lit with a variety of storage units, they were able to help me with the right unit for my needs. Cynthia is always great!!! And Ronnie was very informative thru the process. And the place has amazing security. Much better than most places I've checked.
