Don’t use them if you don’t have to they tore up our power line in the ground said they would be back to fix it abs just buried it up. On top of that they shut our power off with no notice in 28dagree weather and told use it would be 3 days before they would come turn it back on after paying and we have 3 kids in the house freezing

This business is run by crooked criminals pretending to be your friends. This company is a soulless entity who is truly aligned AGAINST the community and its customers. Working for this company is like working for the devil itself. PURE TRASH!!

Very bad service. I requested and submitted the survey sheet for a new service in January, I pulled permit, paid $17k deposit, but didn't hear anything from LREC until April 2021. Now, is June 22, and my project has no done yet. I called, but no answer. I left voice mail again and again, but no return. I emailed, but no reply. Is this considered good service? I have to report to BBB!

I wish I could give them zero stars but that's not an option. This is beyond a doubt the rudest and most difficult company I've ever dealt with. Their staff are rude and don't even listen before trying to get you off the phone. Hopefully you never have a problem because if you do the only way to get them to listen is to call and yell at them and then maybe they'll listen. They are extremely slow to get your internet hooked up. And the internet is unreliable and goes out a lot. Their only hope at surviving is that no other internet will ever move into town. It's unbelievable that a co-op would act like this they're supposed to be more focused on customers. they know that they can get away with anything because they are people's only option for internet out here.

This place is ran by crooks and dishonest people. Stealing millions each year from customers with petty fees.

This place is awful. The bill just keeps rising..and billing lady is rude. They don't care about customer service.
