Front desk lady was extremely rude. After paying over $300 dollars to get a deed switched over into another name they completely messed it up and then charged another $156 and claimed because we didn’t ask for specifics this was on us. We had no clue how this process worked and they took advantage of us. The same day we returned to ask a simple question where the attorney then stated the deal was done and we needed to leave. This place takes advantage of people and knows how to scam money from you. I would leave less than a 1 star but that’s the lowest it will go.

Horribly unprofessional, was told to provide information on an estate matter but after it was reviewed there was paperwork wrong on my end but they couldn't take new cases anyway. Why tell me to send information if you can't take the case anyway? Waste of my time.
