We had a dental pediatric appointment and it went flawlessly. Diana, our pediatric dentist went above and beyond for my son. She made my son feel comfortable and was such a light, especially when you're nervous. Thank you for being excellent!

This is a massive facility. There are plenty of parking spaces, large clean restrooms. Elevators and wide staircase to accommodate anyone.

Brooke Bailey is amazing RN, works in the emergancy deparent. she took excellent care of my cuz. Thumbs up👍👍👍👍👍👍👍💯 she is a very amazing young lady. She can take care of us any day.

It's gotten alot better over the years. Urgent care is the best. I haven't been there over an hour in the last three months I've gone. Used to have to prepare for at least a 6 hour wait

I was at the ER yesterday. Dr. Fruits according to the paperwork, went above and beyond. I've finally stopped worrying about the symptoms I am having knowing labs have been ran. Also he had a really cool mask

I went to ER/URGENT care this afternoon. I was treated AMAZING by every single person at this hospital. Check in ✅ clean waiting room & bathroom ✅ Triage ✅ Labs ✅ Patient Room was SO clean ✅ ultrasound ✅ Dr. Fruit & LPN Maria were both AMAZING ✅ Pharmacy was fast, too! ✅

I feel confident that I was given the best care around!

Rural hospital deeply connected to surrounding community. I find this very impressive and would like to find a place near to my home that has the same community involvement. Nurses, techs, therapists are caring and patient. Have overheard countless conversations between Healthcare staff and patients who are already on a first name basis with patients through neighborhood, church or blood relatives. As a travel nurse I can really appreciate the unique feel of this hospital.

I went to the ER on Monday and was admitted, I spent 4 days in the hospital and EVERYONE I dealt with from the ER staff to the nurses and doctors on the the floor were amazing! They all worked to get me better and calm my fears. I had wonderful overall experience. Amanda Oxford was the PA that handled my care and she was very caring and professional. They made sure that I was prepared and had the tools to handle my wound care at home. I was VERY impressed with the care that I received.

This hospital was awesome! My wife got transfered here from the "hospital down the hill"
She had been throwing up so much that her throat and stomach were raw enough to be bleeding. She caught a stomach bug and already had severe acid reflux. They were quick to get her on meds & an IV and were so kind and helpful. 5 stars easily. It's a shame we can't go back and get treatment if ever needed again. We aren't native American. Thank you to all the staff and also the tribes for having such a wonderful hospital. You all are amazing.

From front door reception to discharge my experience was amazing! Had a room within 15 minutes and received very kind and professional help from the entire staff. Unfortunately I have had many hospitalizations in the past 3 years in different cities and States. Fortunately Hastings in Talequah by far has been my best experience! All my future care will be there in Talequah!

Urgent care/ER is incredible. 10 minute wait and the staff is incredible. The doctors and nurses listened to me and I felt heard. They took great care of me. Everyone was friendly and amazing. Very great job everyone!

I was pleased with the care I received today at Hastings ER. The nurses and doctors took excellent care of me. They answered all of my questions and explained what was going on with COVID. I truly appreciated how professional they were.

By keeping regular appointments so far I have not experienced very many problems.I have one emergency in past few years but ER handled it very well. am so impressed with my primary care doctor, Dr. P. Nolan. She is amazing. She has help me not to become diabetic. I was pre-diabetic. She monitors everything possible health wise. I can truly say because of her I am healthier today than in a long time. I am a 2 time cancer survivor and she monitors me closely. I lost my private insurance after my divorce and to be honest I didn't know how good of care I would receive at Hastings but I was so surprised and amazed. I believe now that they have some great doctors there. I appreciate my doctor so much! I believe if more people would follow doctor's instructions a lot of problems they are experiencing in service there would be cut down dramatically.

The PA that did my exam was not only knowledgeable but she was also extremely personable. I have had some really bad experiences in my lifetime with Cherokee clinics, however today I was scared. My family has been scared. The results were in my favor today, however when I went in, I was scared. Immediately she calmed me, she answered questions, she asked me questions, and she completed the exam like a human being with regard to my feelings. She spoke to me as if I was a person just like she is. The clinic got me in on time. After waiting for a month and half, the clinic got me in on time. It was a good day for me, and my own pc recommended this clinic. That should say a lot.

Had an amazing experience the last couple days here at the labor and delivery floor all the staff was amazing the nurses the doctors simply amazing the best care I have ever gotten it was my very first C-section and they were all just so amazing and supportive through the whole thing I was terrified because I had never had any sort of surgery before they talked me through it the whole way trying to keep my mind at ease and keep me calm I would definitely recommend this hospital to especially the labor and delivery floor my care team was simply outstanding and amazing my doctor was Dr whytal she is very fast but also very good at what she does

I have been to the urgent care numerous times and always had great service, sometimes longer waits than others. Mostly in and out within 2-3 hours though. I have also had multiple surgeries there and an 8 day hospital stay. Dr. Hope Baluh and all of her staff were absolutely wonderful. If i had to do it again, I’d go back to Baluh in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work everyone! I, for one, appreciate it!

I have been going for over 20 years and all three of my children born there by midwife or Drs and my household goes there for everything we have never had a bad experience and have been treated nice. We have never been there That long unless we were a drop in and so we expected to have to wait longer that day. The staff has seen my children grow up. Now treating their children too.

Can not speak highly enough about all of the staff here. There are of course those one or two in the bunch that aren’t always a delight to be treated by however the majority of the time I’ve ever come here I’ve been treated with care and have gotten seen promptly. One of the best and cleanest IHS hospitals I’ve ever been too!

I love Dr. Dorsett in women's clinic she is an amazing woman very professional and understands. She knows what she's doing we need more people like her!! I highly recommend Dr. Dorsett

Im only putting 5 stars for a very sweet nurse named Jessica.❤ She is the ONLY person that would keep me updated on my father after he was admitted 2 days ago. They aren't allowing visitors or phones in the rooms. I just want to give Jessica the biggest praise possible.😌
