Walked in for a minor problem. Walked out with all needs met, a new PCP, and medication ready quickly. Stephanie Fossett was my NP and she was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, listened to MY opinion and we decided on a mutual plan of care during the visit. If anyone needs a PCP this is the one!! Thank you Stephanie for the great care you showed me during my visit. I look forward to staying on your service.

Dr Thomas Schneider is very professional, short wait times and is very thorough. He seems genuinely concerned and helpful. The staff is very pleasant and accomodating. Highly recommend.

Doctor Schneider is so amazing. He listens and answers all my questions. He is very understanding. I appreciate him so much. Thank you Doc. For not giving up on me when so many others have. I appreciate you and your staff so much. Thank you again.

The wait time is quite long, but the care is excellent. The nurse and doctor are pleasant and kind people.

Update: After that week I haven't had any issues contacting them.

I've been out of my medication since Monday, they never sent over for a refill. I have called the last 3 days, only getting to leave a message. No return calls back. The NP I see is wonderful... it's just they dropped the ball on my meds.

Dr. Fossett is a good doctor. I had issues with her staff. I could never seem to be able to get what I needed from them. For example, she referred me to a specialist. They told me I’d get a call from them. When I didn’t they told me to call the specialist directly. They told me they never received my chart. I asked the office to send it again and again they didn’t receive it. I think they’re just too busy to be handling me for PCP. I’d see them again for urgent care.

The care is great but the wait time, extra long, compared to other medical groups I've gone to.

Terrible service. One has to call the care team repeatedly to request a refill and often they never respond and do not call in the refill, even if it is an urgent medication need. I would not go there for any health care reason!

Nurse practitioner told me she would give me a refill on medicine for poison ivy. When I picked up my prescription from Wal Mart it said " no refills". When I called office I was told she decided not to give refill !! $108.00 for an office call, half a day off of work for 60 seconds with a nurse practitioner. Sounds like they need another $108, not from me !!! I will be driving to Muskogee next time to see someone with common sense, maybe it will even be a doctor. Fed Up with Tahlequah Medical Group. Relocated to Tahlequah and established care at this office. Literally could not get my medications after our visits! I should not have to call 5 times! Get it together!

Didn't have a great experience my primary care doctor that was at this place went somewhere else nobody notified me or any of the other patients so I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to no one
