Spectacular experience from beginning to end. Not only is Dr. Thompson an excellent ophthalmologist, he has a wonderful efficient staff and a patient oriented practice. Based upon his other five-star reviews, I suspect my interaction was similar to others and recommend him without hesitation if you require eye related treatment. Thank you!

The staff is always friendly and cheerful. There was short wait before I was called back. However everything fine once I got back. Dr Thompson, as always, explained everything that was going on with my eyes. He explained using words I could understand and answered all of my questions. He told me what we would do going forward and that there were options, if the drops don't work.

It is always a pleasure visiting Dr. Thompson's office. Every staff member we encountered, greeted us warmly. Check in and out was breeze. Dr. Thompson is an excellent listener and provides quality care. We unhesitatingly recommend him!

Vincent was an excellent technician he listened well and expressed concern. He had excellent skills and knowledge of what he was doing. Should consider going to school for optometry .

The staff are all very kind and take their time to make sure you understand everything. Doctor Thompson is amazing. He does not talk in medical terms I can’t understand. He knows I am not in the medical field so he talks in terms I understand. He has made me very comfortable in preparing for cataract surgery. I highly recommend.

Everyone in the office treated me very nice. The employees seem to love their jobs, and have always been very kind to me. I have been seeing Mrs. Cheryl since I started with Dr. Thompson years ago. She always takes the time to get up from what she is doing to personally greet me. I do appreciate her thoughtfulness and kindness. We don't always experience this in many offices these days. Great customer service from the checking to check out. Dr. Assistant accommodated me not having to move from room to room due to my recent knee surgery. Dr. Thompson takes time yo explain everything to me throurly.

Dr. Thompson and staff were amazing. I have never had a work up on my eyes that was as through as what I had here. I am truly happy I made the decision to to switch.
