Pilot Travel Center

Great prices, great facilities for commercial drivers and RV drivers but we use them all the time regardless... I just love pilot/flying J since my brother got me to sign up several years ago.

Nice I like it.there is a lot of room . I reserved a parking there and was not have any issues . Arrive at 1 am and there was a spot for me . Some time I have problem with Pilot even when pay for a reserved parking some time is not a avaliable spot . But on this one all was ok and a lot of space to park quickly and have a sleep . Will come again for sure . Like it . No problems at all

VERY CLEAN RESTROOMS and very clean store all together!! has a wide variety of convenient store foods as well as vehicle necessities, windshield wipers, cleaners, etc.. also a few shirts and souvenirs! if you have to stop somewhere- come here!!

I will give place a 5 star for the employees devotion to doing a good job. They have succeeded because Pilot itself is a less than a quality truck stop. I don't think it ever was. The staff were very accommodating to show me showers were pressure cleaned. Sure,it's not a flipping Love's where I prefer to go but company where I work says otherwise. Food I don't know. But the people I dealt with today......AWESOME!!!

This group of folks when I pulled in late was polite and so nice. This morning, I asked if I could drop trailer and run to get needed items, manager said "Sure, what ever you need to do"! Manager lady had such a easy smile on her face. Polite and easy to talk with.
Best truck stop I have ever had. I went inside and blew $100.00 just because I wanted her store to look good on numbers. Great store!!! Great staff!!!

We really needed to shower and their showers were wonderful

Cashiers in store were nice. Store was empty for a Sunday afternoon but Im not complaining. Grabbed my snacks and got back on the road. Pure Leaf Sweet Tea is THE best & they had it in a mini cooler right by the register. For that, 5 stars!!!

I experienced and alternator failure while on the road 400 miles from my destination luckily I had already purchased some parts intending on changing them when I got home, the alternator died and my battery died and I was in the dark driving down the road no headlights I pulled over to a pilot service center and was able to change alternators. Thank you pilot for having such well-lit parking lots I felt safe and I was able to complete the task and head home. The Travel Center was a godsend I looked up and you can see the place was so lit it was a beacon, so one more time I'm going to say thank you.

Had a very nice stop. Clean, fresh restrooms. Very clean environment when you walk in the door. If you are hungry there is a Wendy's there along with Dunkin Donuts coffee and a variety of donuts to select from. There is also the hotdogs grilling fresh on the griller for you as well..

Very nice pilot we stayed over night in a reserved spot, clean parking lot, shower was nice plenty hot water we liked the fact there was a Waffle House next door very friendly staff

We always stop here on our way through..my son who is handicapped loves the truck selection..he found a travel coffee pot. And it made his day..it makes very hot coffee..thanks for having things like this..and for those of you who are in a wheelchair..this place is very handicapped accessible. That's the main reason we stop..so he can get out and enjoy him self..so thanks again.

One of our favorite fuel and food stop offs when traveling Interstate 26 to points south. First, they have the best gas prices on the Interstate 26 corridor from NC to the ocean. The facility is clean and well maintained. They have enough clerks so no lines to pay for your purchases from the store. A chicken place, Chesters, is on the site. Recommend.

Always clean and my nieces love to stop at the Wendy's Restaurant here. It is connected. If facing the Pilot Wendy's Restaurant is on the right side. Across the street is another gas station. I think it is Exxon Mobile. The prices at both are usually the same. There is also a Waffle house beside this pilot but opposite side of the Wendy's Restaurant. This location is busy. They also have a car vacuum area and trash cans to discard unwanted items.

Open 24 hrs They have Everything! Not just for Truck Drivers...Good Gift ideas for whole Fam. Got my Wife a Nice Beach Wrap here. She loves It...

Are you kidding me it's 9:30 pm and it's empty 6 trucks including mine.
Place is awesome park how ever, wherever you like. and a waffle house come on, it is unbelievable.

I had misplaced my phone and the ladies working were so nice and helped me to locate it! Very sweet ladies! Of course I am sure a lot of it is the southern hospitality of the people in the south!

Love this place. I stop in every time I'm traveling to see family in SC. Mostly for their Dunkin Donuts Iced coffee, lol. But the staff is always extremely polite.

Ring of Honor wrestling was on one of the TVs. Busy as hell on the Sunday evening after Thanksgiving but every employee I encountered were polite and energetic. 5 stars all day.
