What a serene, classic, incredibly South Carolina place. We came to visit our ancestors' grave and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. I would love to replant this congregation and preach here.

This place is full of history. This Church sits right off the Highway but still feels very peaceful. Very old graves with a lot of children and babies. Well worth the trip.

Beautiful church, rich in history, great for exploring and learning the history of Fairfield County. Not far from Columbia, definitely worth the drive!

Really beautiful cemetery with historic stones. The church cannot be accessed by the public. Excellent examples of historic stones with explanations of death and place.

Be careful or you will pass by the this historic site. If it is closed, you can read about it on line. There is a neat story about a note from “the yankee”.

The groundskeeper happened to stop by while my family was there. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He even opened up the church and gave us a tour. What a beautiful part of our southern history.

I am an ARP. This church has always been near and dear to my soul! I can feel my ancestors' influence here. I've known of its existence since I was very young. Then, my sixth grade class took a field trip to one of the Winnsboro granite quarries. But our class spent most of the trip at this church. Public school, studying local history. Then my church, Centennial ARP Church, in Columbia, encourages its member to participate in annual services here.

Worth visiting if you want to know more about the history of the Scottish Presbyterians from Northern Ireland, from which the Reformed First Presbyterian Church in downtown Columbia is derived.

A beautiful peaceful spot rich in history. Happend on it out of chance out on a ride and needed a stop. A very special place in South Carolina.
