I cannot say enough about Brandy. She took care of us like we were her own family. Brandy is the best! She did an amazing job helping out my parents when they moved. She went above and beyond for them. They had a complicated situation due to having to move in a quick time frame, and the buyers of their old home, out of state, being very demanding. Brandy really went above her job description to help them out. They wouldn't be in their home today if it wasn't for her. My husband and I decided to put our home up for sale about a month after my parents moved and we chose Brandy to be our realtor even though we already had another realtor lined up. She did such a good job helping out my parents that we just felt like we had to use her. Through the process of selling our home and buying our current home she became more of a friend than just a realtor to us. There are a lot of agents who are agents in name, but they only do part of what a good agent does: list your house and guide you through the paperwork. Brandy is different because she hustles. You will be impressed at how “all in” she is when it comes time to buy or sell your property. I’ve known many agents, but never one that hustles like Brandy.

We called Brandy randomly when we wanted to see a home. Before meeting her, we were not loyal to any agent for our purchase, and had an agent in mind for the sale if of our existing home. I recently bought a home after I had decided to move out of my apartment complex. I had heard of Brandy through some acquaintances with nothing but good things to say about her so I figured I would reach out to her, she replied very quickly (in a matter of minutes!) I'm 23 years old and I've never bought a home so it was all very confusing to me, but Brandy was amazing at explaining everything to me and answering any questions I might have had. I cant even begin to tell you how easy she made it! The whole process took about 2 weeks from start to finish and I almost didn't have to do a single thing, I genuinely believe I couldn't have had a better experience with anyone else, now I have a beautiful starter home with all amenities included! 11/10 would definitely reccomend 😁

When we traveled from the Midwest, Brandy set up several house viewings in the Utah and southern Idaho areas. She was on time for the viewings, whether they were in town or in remote areas. She also did a nice job conducting live video tours for us. For all viewings she was honest and pointed out the pros and cons of houses, including structural and utility issues. She did a good job coordinating long-distance negotiations between the sellers and us. Brandy has a pleasant, out-going personality and is easy to work with.

their dream house, knowledgeable about the housing industry, and goes the extra mile when things happen like locking yourself out of your house and she arranges for an associate with the Franklin Group that loves just a few minutes away to come access the lock box key so you can get in your house! When our va appraisals came back not as expected Brandy worked hard to get what we needed out of the buying and selling processes. She takes care of her clients, is willing to be of help when needed, and is in it for helping people find homes that are a good fit and make them happy. With Brandy it is not all about her comission. I would not only reccomend Brandy but will also use her again if we buy a new home.

Brandy contacted us about our house for her clients from back east. She asked many questions for them and many for what we needed. We never signed a contract with her but she did her job like we had. Always on time and ready to take care of anything that came up. We would definitely use her and recommend her with out a hesitation. If you want a great realtor, then she is the one.
