Sunset Farm RV Park

Ken and Cathy are wonderful people and the whole park is such a welcoming community. My grandparents have had their camper on the grounds for quiet a few years now and have never had any complaints. Everyone was very kind when my popaw passed and this campground was very near and dear to his heart. It is a home away from home and anyone would be very lucky to stay on these beautiful grounds.

My wife and I have been renting at Sunset Farms for three years now, it is a very nice, clean & quiet seasonal park which is still expanding.
The owners Ken & Cathy are very enjoyable people, and have been very accomdating to us and all of the other renters we know.
They have set values for the appearance of the park in that all structures (pole barns and decks) conform to standard colors to improve the appearance of the park.

Sunset Farm is a quiet family owned seasonal campground. It is convenient for boat owners who like to spend most of the time on the water. It is an attractive campground because of the uniformity campers agree to when they rent a site. Ken and Kathy work hard to provide an enjoyable stay for all.

Having been a snow bird in this SEASONAL RV Park for 3 years, I am tickled pink with both the park itself and the owners/managers. According to our contracts, we can come and go as much as we like...we just can't live here full time! Ken and Kathy work very hard to accommodate individual request and still maintain the integrity of the park as mandated by the county. Perhaps some folks don't understand the ins and outs of conducting a business; it is their livelyhood. The park was designed to accommodate maximum comfort for the campers, thus a logical reason for Ken to position rigs on the sites. There are some people that can't be pleased with a pleasing stick! Personally, the park is better off without those who are looking for an excuse to justify their actions.

By far the best place we’ve ever stayed at! Ken and Kathy are amazing people, friendly and always there when you need them. The park is well maintained. In my opinion, if you read any bad reviews, it’s from former tenants who are only trying to hurt the park and the owners. Don’t believe the negative reviews, come check it out and make a decision based on what you see. Happy RVing!!

This is a wonderful park. Very relaxing and my new home away from home. The location excellent! Near many attractions, shopping and much more. The owners are very accommodating and great people. You won’t be sorry because you chose Sunset Farms RV Park bear beautiful Lake Douglas!

Quiet,clean annual lease campground. A work in progress. Hope to stay there many years.Ken and Kathy have always been cordial to me and my family.
