From the cozy warm feeling of the wonderful farmhouse, which is decorated with love and history, to the inviting bedrooms, gorgeous kitchen, sitting areas on the porches and various other special rooms... to the amazing breakfasts she serves every morning on the porch overlooking the gazebo, you never want to go back to the hustle bustle of everyday life. Taking walks around the farm is so peaceful. Karen is the best host and new friend and I can not wait to visit here again.

We had a wonderful night's stay at Goose Creek Farm B&B this past weekend! Karen, our hostess, really made us feel at home and her breakfast was the best we have ever had away from home! The farm was a peaceful place to stay and not far from the fun of the Smokies. We will definitely be back.

Goose Creek Farm is a wonderful bed and breakfast outside of Dandridge. We had a great stay there in September of 2018. We enjoyed a nice night on the patio and had a great weekend at the Scots-Irish festival. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to have a relaxing time in a very historical part of Eastern Tennessee.

We just spent 2 nights at this beautiful and clean B&B. Karen the owner/ host was so accom-modating and was so much fun to visit with. The place was just beautiful with huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Karen also cooks an incredible breakfast. We will always stay here when we return to Dandridge. Best place to stay in the area!!!!!!! Thanks Karen for the best 2 days. John and Susan Smith.

If you're looking for a real farmhouse and hearty breakfast, and clean rooms, this is your place! We love this B&B and Karen is awesome. We have stayed twice and look forward to our next visit.

We stayed at Goose Creek Farm B & B for 2 nights while on a trip. The rooms were for nice, Karen was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast superb. Highly recommend!!! All the way from Oregon, and we we will be back!

My husband and I stayed 5 nights while in Dandridge for Lonnie Bird's woodworking class. It was absolutely perfect; a beautifully restored 1908 farmhouse, quiet, restful, and a wonderful breakfast every morning. A wonderful hostess is also a plus.

Karen was such a great host and very accommodating! Beautiful grounds and quiet setting to relax. Downtown Dandridge is adorable! Highly recommend staying here!

This place was amazing... stopped by on way south. Clean, kindness abound, room for my horse, breakfast was filling... will definitely stop again if passing through. Easy to get to off the highway.

Great food, beautiful scenery and a wonderful hostess! Also this B&B is pet friendly but I felt it's a bit costly for what you get.
