Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Jefferson City, TN

Receptionist was super sweet which is nice when you don't feel good. All the staff were nice actually which is really rare. Dr. Mutter was trying her best to meet everyone's needs even though you could tell she was exhausted too. Appointment time was accurate even though they were busy. Will definitely use this location again

Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Facility was very clean and bright. My appointment time was honored with no waiting. The caregiver was very nice and listened to my concerns, very professional but caring. I will recommend FAST PACE HEALTH to my family and friends.

Quick and easy. I scheduled an appointment for the morning time the night before and I arrived and was immediately treated. I was tested for several sicknesses and I ended up having strep throat. Staff were all friendly, empathetic, and professional. Even with it being the day before thanksgiving. The doctor (I forgot her name) even came back in to examine me further after my test results came back to make sure we were diagnosing the right illness. As someone who has always had a very strong fear and phobia of going to the doctors, the staff helped make this experience more comfortable for me!

Upon arrival, I was immediately informed there could be a possibly long wait time due to being short-staffed. My wait ended up being about 20-25 minutes, which I was ok with.
This was my second visit to fast-paced and the first time there were many more peope in the waiting room and they took me back quickly.
Front desk employee was very polite. Nurse was a little brusque, but probably due to being so short-staffed, which is very understandable. Doctor was polite and both made sure I didn't have any other concerns. Got my tests and prescription sent quickly. I will probably go back when needed.

I was at this location on 12/27/23 and my experience was great. They were working short staffed, one of them wasn't feeling well, despite all this, they were extremely nice and performed their jobs well. I have zero complaints. I do want to stress again that the people working that day were some of the nicest people I have ever met.

There was no wait. Just fill out paper work. I did pay private, but my insurance is not the best. I will try to file with the receipt. I do not believe this is there fault.
The staff and specially the physician was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and caring. The physician even spike with by phone after I got home and had a question about my care. I would go back if needed and highly recommend Fast Pace to anyone needing quick and excellent care.

The people there were very courteous, helpful and professional. I was seen by a nurse in a quick prompt time. As compared to sitting for an hour and sometimes two hours at a big hospital. They diagnosed my illness and i was out of there and had my prescription called in at the CVS pharmacy to help me start my healing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Kayla at Fast Pace is great! We have had to see her several times in the past two months. Always very friendly and helpful. We always reserve our spot online and are in and out in under 30 minutes.

I came in after an injury cut to my big toe and only needed to get wound checked and a tetanus shot. Everything went well and it didn't take too long.
The only issue was that their ins doc link wouldn't work so I had to fill out regular forms.

Tarah took care of my baby, she had an ear infection and has been in so much pain and not sleeping. After she took care of her we got a good night of sleep. Thank you Tarah .

Quick, so friendly, had their occ med stuff together! I was in and out in 5 minutes. Nurse was so friendly we laughed! Great experience!

The people there stitched up an injury I had saving me an emergency room visit. The stress for me was very hi. The nurse that stitched me up was incredible. Very caring, genuinely. Did a great job for only $150 bucks. I would highly recommend this place especially if you don't have medical insurance. I can't say enough good about this place and the people who work there

Doing the on line reservation really helps to keep waiting room from filling up. I had a 12:15 appointment and only waited approximately 10 min. Staff was very nice, organized & the facility was clean. They took care of my problem! Thank you!

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Setting up a time to be seen on their website was really easy and saved a bunch of time in the office.

First time I’ve ever been into a walk-in clinic. Didn’t know what to expect thought the waiting room would be filled with people. Was able to pre-register online and had a time set for me to come in. I was early, but only had to wait less than 15 minutes for the nurse. The doctor took a little bit longer to come in, but he was thorough and very nice and took his time to explain the medicine he was prescribing for my poison ivy. Will definitely go back again if I have to.

I was sent straight from work because I was running a fever. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was seen in a timely manner without an appointment. They went above and beyond to diagnose me & really showed that they cared about my well being.

Lady at front desk very nice. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. S. Mcintire,PA was wonderful. She is very professional and cares about her patients! Even the nurses was friendly and compassionate. Hats off to the team that was working on 4/17/23 after 5:00pm.

Dr. Lyddle Brown, the Orthopedist, that's at the Jefferson City TN location on Tuesdays is great. He has helped me figure out my issue & directing me on the path to better health. He & his nurse, Ivy, are very attentive and wants to do all they can to help you. If you can't see him on Tuesdays he in Morristown M/W/F. I'm appreciative of his care.
