Have used Blazer construction 4 different times. Three electrical and one plumbing. Great results every time. Highly recommend.

Wow, we own a small family motel and one of our big hot water heaters stopped working. We had 36 rooms of customers without hot water. We called 5 other plumbers that promised to call back, only 2
out of 5 called back. Scott from Blazer's was the only one who recognized that we needed help and fast. He called back within 5 minutes and personally came to our business within 20 minutes. His guy Charlie who knows lots about lots was here right away and started work immediately. As of yet they are not finished but I am fully confident that our customers will have a hot shower soon. We know who to call from now on and will highly recommend Blazer's. Will update when job is complete but was so impressed with how quick, responsible, caring and knowledgeable they are decided to review asap.

We own a rental cabin in Pigeon Forge & have used Blazer for several projects. We have been incredibly happy with their work. They have great attention to detail and are so professional. Our bathroom floor looks amazing! Most importantly, they are DEPENDABLE! They arrived promptly when scheduled to provide us a quote and completed the work timely when scheduled, which is very important in the cabin rental industry. Blazer will be the only contractor we use. Thank you!

I've only had to call for an electrician once in my life so I looked for one online. Because Blazer's responded to a "bad" review given of them on 9/6/2019 (at another online service), and the *way* in which it was handled (professionally and honestly), it actually pushed me in the direction to want to call them. I then looked up their Google reviews (which were very good), and that's what sealed my decision to go with Blazer's for an electrical repair we needed to have done. I called at around noon today and spoke with Scott who was polite and personable. I explained our problem (just the light switches weren't working in one bathroom) and he asked if it would be alright if someone came out around 2:30/3:00 p.m. this afternoon. That was perfect timing, I said. At 2:25 p.m., Steven (Stephen?) was here, he was courteous, friendly, and professional. He looked at things, did his work perfunctorily, and was finished at around *3:10* p.m. And because I mentioned looking them up on Yelp as well as Google, I got a discount! This company will be our electricians from now on!

Blazer construction was the best in response time and were able to squeeze us in at the last minute between jobs during a busy time to ensure we were able to get a high ceiling fan re-wired and working prior to guests checking in.

Called a week in advance and made an appointment with this company for 8am. Five hours later after nobody had showed called and spoke with scott and his answer was thats just how business is. After explaining I wasted my day off waiting on them and asking how someone got put in front of me on the schedule he begins yelling that this is what he has to deal with on a daily basis and that he had to move jobs around due to a employee being sick. I completely understand that as I responded but a phone call to reschedule would of been nice and as he began to get louder and say he didn't know the first client was gonna take all morning. I told him I would find someone else to do the work.Very unprofessional and this could have all been avoided with a simple phone call to reschedule. I will edit my reviewfrom 1 Star to 3 stars as it very rare to find a business owner that admits there faults, Everyone has bad days and I completely understand that. I just wish this could have gone different because iv always heard great things about this company. I will say tho that his ability to apologize for a mistake shows he is a honest man.

We had Blazer come & fix it last week. Rudy had to dig the hole himself before the older guy to fix it. We paid them almost $200 & it's still leaking. It took a couple days before we knew it was leaking or I wouldn't have paid them. Now they are giving me the run around about coming back out to check it. We had initially asked them about doing some other work & instead of just telling me that they didn't have time to fool with it, they kept saying " I'll be there so & so time" & then just not show up. I will NEVER use them again.Despite what the individual says, they have given us the run around!!!

Called three times, leaving a message but got no return call!!

We called blaze construction, left a message and no one ever contacted us a back. So we contacted somebody else to do a complete remodel of our home.

Working at a job site and Blazer removed the lockbox and locked everyone else out of the job site. We repeatedly banged on all the doors and they refused to let other construction companies onsite.

Called Blazers phone number and they were very rude and hung up on me when I mentioned that other companies were working on this project and they shouldn't be locking everyone else out. We were eventually able to gain access.

Very unprofessional and ultimately costing the customer extra money by delaying the project.

First off I hired him to install a whole house filter plus a water softener, and also to put an outside water Spicket on the exterior of my house. However when he was done with the other two jobs with the water softener and the filter he’s did not have his drill with him he needed a drill bit to drill through the cinderblock,When he quoted me the price it was only supposed to be right about $500, he charge my fiancé a little bit over $600 I was not home at the time. He was supposed to come back out and finish the job that he started because he did not have his drill bag however he was not coming back out to my residence unless I paid him for another service call which was in the amount of another hundred dollars on top of the $50-$60 for the parts I told him that I was not paying him for another service call because he forgot his drill bit from the beginning so he refused to come back to the residence to finish the job unless I paid him for another service call. Very shady character and very unprofessional I would not recommend this Business to anybody . Also he did not give me an estimate for the hot water heater until his other associate was already at the house to install it that I did not ask for to be installed all I asked for was an estimate that he sent to me after his other worker had already left my property.All I can say is thanks a lot brother!!! Also there are three sides to a story not just two my side your side and the truth.
