Sheraton Houston Brookhollow Hotel

At one time a middle upper brow hotel with great decor and public spaces. Now faded and quite old it nonetheless retains a good deal of charm and the price point is great. Restaurant and bar are actually pretty good too. Service is good and cleaning is precise. All in all much better than you would expect at this price point and even in its current state easily rivals many of the overrated Marriotts in the US. A side note— The hotel says it is beginning renovations so let’s see what they do and how much they’ll try to raise the price.

Staff was great! Location is off the expressway and plenty of places to eat close by. About 18 minutes from Downtown. When we got to hotel we asked for two joined rooms and they quick found something to accommodate us. Hotel was clean and house keeping did an amazing job. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made our stay great. Will definitely come back

This my second time. Rooms are clean, food is good. Breakfast is buffet, lunch and dinner are by menu. Location of the hotel is close to the city center like galleria mall, market and shops like bestbuy

Really enjoyed my work experience here! Josh and Ana were so kind went above and beyond every time I needed help! My room was super nice and clean and the wings were delicious!

Great location and awesome service. Rooms are outdated in Sheraton standard. They say planned to start renovation soon.

Hotel industry demands dedicated smiling hard working professionals. Those who keep the guest happy and as far as possible make them feel at home. I had a similar experience here while being served at the Bar by Mr Jorge and while dining at their restaurant by Ms. Tabby, new at her job but sharp and meticulously in recognising the guest needs. Thanks Sheraton, you must be doing something good that employees are happy thereby keeping the guest happy. I would like to come back here whole heartedly.

Needed a quick hotel getaway after our AC broke and this offered the best value for us. We came in and Scott treated us exceptionally well, he was very accommodating with our situation. We only stayed for a night, but after a day being in no AC, we slept so well. It was very quiet throughout the hotel as well. We also had a great albeit partial view of the skyline.

Our family stayed 5 nights for the NCAA Final Four tournament. Staff was great from check-in to check-out, always friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to have free parking at this type of hotel. We were able to use the club lounge and enjoyed the juice, pop and water as well as fresh fruit and granola bars. We looked forward to the delicious breakfast every morning and it was complimentary with Marriott Titanium Elite. Our room furnishings were somewhat vintage, we enjoyed the 6th floor view and it was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool one evening. It was clean and the towel crate was well-stocked. Overall a great experience!

I didn’t actually stay here but I accidentally got dropped off here instead of my actual hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and even gave me a cold bottle of water. It was also much nicer and cleaner than the Courtyard Marriott next door that I had I fortunately booked at. If the staff treat their actual guests as well as they did a confused person in the wrong place, this hotel is likely fantastic!

This is year two of our holiday party here. Great Location and I can't say enough about how nice they are.

Great service, and a professional staff. Upon check in we were greated and given a great, very cool room which can be difficult during this heat wave. The bed was amazing.

They are a pet friendly hotel, and have an area outside near the pool area for pets to relieve themselves.

The pool itself is a nice size, and we'll maintained. I loved the dolphin statue by the pool too.

They have a lounge for platinum and above as well as guests on the top two floors. The lounge is large and beautiful. There is a nice coffee machine I am yet to use as well as a decent selection of drinks. There is not much of a selection of snacks however. Breakfast is served in the restaurant not the lounge.

An extra thank you to Johna behind the bar. He was friendly, engaging, and professional. He makes awesome drinks alcoholic and non-alcoholic alike. He made great food and drink suggestions. My husband and I both enjoyed everything we got.

Clean rooms, very professional and nice staff. We reserved online before the check in and they let me have a room early. No charge no problems

We sold our home and had one month in between homes so we spend an entire month living at this hotel. Every single staff member was friendly and seemed to genuinely like their job which is not something you come across every day. The hotel is quite, clean and the you feel safe and your vehicle is parked in a well lit parking garage with security. After a month we have absolutely nothing but praise for the staff and property.

The hotel is nice. There is a restaurant, but we didn't get a chance to eat there. Our room was comfortable. Housekeeping was nice and freshened our room each day. The gym and pool area are nice. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we extended our stay.

It's 40 mins from NASA and 10 mins from the nearest Walmart, rooms are tidy and food is good.

I stayed for one night. I checked in on Sunday afternoon and checked out Monday a little before noon. The parking situation worked out well. The garage behind the hotel was pretty empty and I was able to find parking very close to the rear entrance of the hotel. The employee behind the counter got our room situated quickly upon our arrival and the room we had was clean and comfortable. I was pleased with the hotel and the price I paid for it was fair. I'd return if need be.

Nice room and very good front desk staff. This was a great place to stay while we were moving. The room was comfortable and quiet. We had no issues. The check in staff was friendly and knew what they were doing with the Bonvoy perks. We stay in Marriott properties about 100 nights each year, and this one did a great job.

Ad. Good place to stay. The rooms were nice and clean the room size was good size for a Sheraton hotel. The lobby is nice. The bar was good in what I could enjoy as the hotel was having electrical issues. I have to give the bar tender credit he made the best out of it. He evening put his phone on the game so we can see the game. That was good until the hotel lost all power and the generator stop working. Again I give the hotel 5 stars they did the best they could with what they had. I didn't get a chance to eat a meal due to kitchen lost power. Yes I stay again then i can enjoy the hotel. I can say it was nice the bar tab everyone had was on the hotel due to this.

Have stayed here numerous times. Always pleased. Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable. Suites are spacious. Staff are accommodating. You can get extra towels, pillows, & bed linens w/ no hassle. The complimentary continental breakfast is very good. Club level has nice perks.
