Jay is the best realtor I’ve had to help me search for the perfect house at the best price. Very professional and motivated to help with deciding on the best offer to submit. He doesn’t pressure me to make a quick decision and helps me think of things I haven’t thought of. Always responds to my messages, answer/return calls. Very nice and understanding. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a house buying/leasing to let him help with negotiating the best deal for you. This is my second house he’s helped me with and I will refer my family and friends to him also and be confident he will assist them as he did for me.

First let me say Jay is a genius at what he does! He knows real estate inside and out, and goes above and beyond expectations. Jay is very professional, and at the same time conducts business with a personal touch. I never asked him a question that he couldn't answer, and if he couldn't respond right then and there, he always got back with me before the end of the day.

We had an incredible home selling experience with Jay last month. His staff is so professional we had amazing photos and the love virtual tour our listing was so attractive that we sold very quickly. Jay is so responsive and respectful with quick responses to status of the sale.
