Went to McCalls with a couple of friends. My friend Tammie purchased a set of washer and dryers, and even called and had them bring her a stove as well! She was beyond thrilled!

No pressure at. Friendly staff. Was able to look around and test ride ride every other recliner in thier without anybody bothering me. Try doing that at Ashley's.

I just had a refrigerator delivered to my home in Carthage. I want to compliment the two young delivery men who delivered it. They were very kind, polite, and so helpful. They did everything to make sure I was happy with the placement in my garage. They were both a pleasure.

They were super nice and helpful. The man who waited on my husband, son-in-law and me pushed my wheelchair up and down all the aisles and ramps showing us the sofas. He was very patient and stayed with us until we had made a decision on what pieces of furniture we wanted, then wrote up the ticket. He even waited patiently while my son-in-law went to the hard ware store next door to buy a light bulb during our furniture transaction. Then loaded one piece we taking and scheduled for delivery of the other. Thank you so very much!

Our refrigerator went out last night omg and they were able to deliver one to us same day. 🙏 They took the old refrigerator out no charge and no delivery fee charge to us in Nashville, TN. I've lived here all my life of 51 years and have seen the commercials (Heeeeeeey) so many times... admittedly haven't used them before. But, we will use them again and again from now on. Their delivery guys were so polite and professional. They were great representation for DTMc&S. And, we got a great deal on our unexpected refrigerator purchase. Thank you God and thank you DT McCall and Sons 😇

The Service Department is second to none. We purchased a zero turn mower from them in 2019, and moved out of state soon after. When I called back about a problem, Alex, Mickey, and David in the Service Department went above and beyond to get us back up and running. Over several days of phone calls and trying different things, they diagnosed my machine and got me back to mowing. Thanks to everyone at D.T. McCalls!!

We bought our coffee table and our dining room table and we love both. We definitely will be back when we can to buy more furniture. I have my eye on a pretty blue bench to put on our front porch.

I love the DT McCall in Carthage. I made 2 or 3 trips in as many months to look at the appliances & ask questions before finally making the purchase. Everytime, they were so accomidating to all my questions & showing me the features of the appliances. I bought the typical 4 kitchen appliances: stove, fridge, micro, & dishwasher by Frigidaire, which I couldn't be happier with. The salespeople are so knowledgeable. They make one feel like you're the important customer. The 2 delivery men were so efficient, friendly, & fast. The appliances arrived in perfect condition & installation by the delivery men went as smooth as silk.

From lawn mowers to furniture they have it all. I've made several purchases at D. T. 's both furniture and appliances. They have quality products and when I need service for an appliance they are prompt whether it's warranty or out of warranty work. "Hey" and they have free delivery 🚚
