My husband and I stopped by last weekend, and we left so satisfied with our experience!
Johnny made the process enjoyable, and although it took awhile to decide on our bikes, we felt very well-informed about our final decisions. He is clearly an expert, and was willing and able to answer every single one of our questions. I hope he is highly acknowledged. The shop is wonderful and had the best selections available for us to test out before we purchased. Def recommend whether you're new to biking or an experienced rider.

Just bought me my first REAL bicycle at the age of 41 lol and I purchased the batch 707. I am stoked about this bike! The way this thing glides I have been pushing myself up to 24 miles per hour and the wind just flies by! The guys/mechanics there are so awesome and definitely true experts in the field of bicycles. Juan is awesome and he suggested this bike for me to start off and the dude really knows his stuff! Thanks to the staff of icycle I am extremely happy with my purchase and I definitely look forward to more business in the near future

I highly recommend I Cycle Bike Shop. They're honest and professional staff that know what their doing and won't try to sale you anything extra. I have taken my vintage bike twice within two weeks for some upgrades. I love this place. Very friendly environment.

This is the best bike shop in Houston. Comprehensive selection of bikes and accessories, friendly and experienced staff and such a convenient location for cyclists. If you haven't checked them out, you really should.

Ok- Pre COVID I rode a lot. I had my favorite bike stores which I also still frequent and love. But, trying to get back into it after a 2 year hiatus I found ICycle on Watonga. Never been before and I Love this place! I went there to look for an e-bike. I had mostly done my homework and went there looking for a different brand than I ended up purchasing. After listening to the sales people explain why they really liked the Velotric bike I test rode one. OMG. I got it.

I previously test rode at least 4 e-bikes at other shops in my search before riding the Velotric. Prices ranged from 2,900-7,000. Knowing nothing before I started my research I thought that was the price range to acquire a good dependable e-bike. So needless to say at those price points I was questioning whether I could afford to purchase one but I really wanted to see what they were about. I love long rides but not necessarily riding back exhausted!

The bike shops I had been to assured me that if I wanted a good e-bike any price point less than that was going to be a cheap , non dependable bike.
I was also told if I didn’t purchase from them ( the other bike shops) that I would never be able to get my bike worked on or acquire parts. ……..

Back to I Cycle- after listening to the guys at the shop,with no hard sell , I got to watch them custom build one, which made the bike look much less scary to own. ( pretty much just a bike with a battery and a motor).
On their suggestion I checked out the Velotric, a brand I was not familiar with, I loved the color, loved the comfort. ( definitely the most comfortable one I even sat on and I am a 5’11” female) And, once I got on it for a test ride, nothing compared to the comfort, sensitivity and torque in both pedal assist and full throttle modes. I was sold after 5 min. The best part 1350.00. That’s disc brakes, better tires, a better battery life that with pedal assist and not full throttle you can go up to 65 miles according to the manufacturer. A beautifully welded steel frame with attention to detail, Shimano shifters/gears…and the list goes on. I’m thrilled if you couldn’t already tell!

I want to give a shout out to the guys at I cycle for being so kind, knowledgeable and patient. And for helping me without the big sales pitch ( all that means to me is that they are confident in their product) I ended up with a better bike, a bike rack, and a hitch put on my car ( because I want to travel with this bike) for about 1000.00 less than the price of the introductory e-bikes I had been looking at. Before you purchase a bike, any bike check them out. Great kid bikes too.

I had spent an extraordinary amount of time looking for this particular bicycle and was met with results that were less than spectacular; then I found iCycle, and everything came together. John helped me out here and answered all my questions and was a veritable fountain of information concerning the details of this bike. I’m so glad I found this place. The only complaint is that it’s rather far from the house...

I stopped in to see if they could order parts for my son`s BMX GT Interceptor bike that I got down from garage attic to fix up for my grand son, had all parts IN STOCK. I was amazed at the large inventory of bikes & parts, guys were friendly, knowledgeable , very helpful. Could have ordered online but I like to spend money locally.

I was impressed with a good job Dan did on a rivnut job to install new front derailer hanger and water bottle bolts into the carbon frame of my bike. This is not a procedure most shops can do, actually. Also I like how he was straightforward about it; he did the job and that’s it. Other shops in Houston I dealt with won’t do what you ask and try to get you to pay a lot for something you didnt ask for.(ie in Houston one that rhymes with wreck best case). They genuinely care about your problem and not just making a buck off of you. Still, everyone should go in there and help support this local shop instead of buying dodgy stuff from China on Amazon! I’ll be back to Icycle for sure..

Great selection, excellent service. I'm always taken care of as soon as I'm in the door. The staff has always take their time to patiently answer all my questions before I buy anything. One time I showed up right as they were closing and what's his name with the hair opened up shop for me. You don't see that kind of service anymore these days. Very knowledgeable and professional. I bought my first Cannondale here and have returned for all the accessories. I am very satisfied overall. My next bike will definitely be from here!

Nice to be in bike shop thats not full of attitude. Just helpful and knowledgeable people who would lose a finger to help you out.

Great experience here, owner was informative without being over bearing, no pressure either, I came in for tires and they gave me tires. Sure it was slightly more than Amazon, but at least I know I got the right fit. Decent looking selection of bikes and accessories too, though Im to new to hobbiest biking to comment on the quality.

Update: Had a repair done for a mountain bike, price was reasonable and I had my bike back after 3 days. Thanks.

I’m a total newbie to biking. Juan was incredibly helpful, guided me to a great bike to start with that was affordable but had quality parts. Helped me with a test ride and showed me how I should “fit” the bike. After deciding to purchase, he set it up and gave it a thorough inspection. Great experience, will definitely be a returning customer.

I loved the atmosphere and my bike was setup and adjusted just for me. I don't remember his name but he was an older asian gentleman. Very patient with me and extremely helpful. I am soo happy! Can't wait for tomorrow. My first ride on my new bike!

I came to this shop to get repairs to a used bike I found on line. I asked the guys in the shop to add components to the bike as most of them were brand new in boxes tht the previous owner had purchased and never added to the bike. Turns out the components that came with the used bike I found were mostly wrong for this bike, it had the wrong pedals, the wrong type of derailleur... In short it was a mess. Dan and the other guys in the shop came to my rescue. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. They let me trade out the trick pedals my bike came with for pedals that were perfect for me. They rebuilt parts of the bike and made the Deore XT components work. I am so grateful... they know their stuff and they help you out like you were family. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

This is the place to go ! Great service and ppl. Even told me more about my bike than I knew. I went in thinking it would be $20 - $30 for brake repairs and total was <$9!! Really helpful and I couldn't have been happier . Thank y'all so much
