Caliber Collision

We were referred to Caliber after a tree fell on our truck. Caliber kept us apprised of each and every step involved in the repair process. We were provided a repair quote in writing and any changes were updated immediately. The vehicle was ready early and the repairs made make it look like brand new. We were very impressed with the staff at Caliber as well. They were very friendly and we were treated with respect and very much like our business was important to them. And a shout out to Larry, our service rep. He did an excellent job keeping us informed and advising us of all repairs made and also letting us know that if we had any questions or if we were unsatisfied in any way after leaving with the vehicle, we should let him know and they would get us back in and address our issues immediately.

I cannot recommend Caliber Collision enough. My car is in the best shape it's ever been, repairs were done so quickly, and my car was returned to me extremely clean. While I'm hoping not to need amy repairs anytime soon, if ever I need it, I'll return here. Josh especially was accommodating and helpful beyond measure. Highly recommend!

The customer service that we received was very good. They kept us up to date on the progress of the repair work to our vehicle. We actually received our vehicle back before the estimated time.

Every aspect of our business with Caliber exceeded expectations. The people were friendly at drop off and pick up, they worked well with our insurance, their date of completion estimate at drop off was very reasonable, but they ultimately completed the work WELL ahead of their initial promise. Best of all for me was the communication. I received almost daily updates by text message on where my vehicle was in the process and what was next. Truly an "above and beyond" experience, but I get the sense that this brand of excellence is "business as usual" at Caliber!

I had an accident that ultimately damaged 2 vehicles, both repaired at the New Braunfels location. They did an outstanding job in repairing both cars, covering every detail in returning them in great condition. Their team is very professional, customer focused, and knowledgeable in delivering within budget and on schedule. They offer a warranty period on their work which brings me great peace of mind going forward. I highly recommend using Caliber Collision to anyone needing repair work!

Caliber collision blew my expectations out of the water. Had to go in for repair from hitting a deer and from start to finish, everyone there was extremely helpful, nice and informative. I was notified daily with the status of my vehicle. I can not express enough how nice everyone was during a frustrating time. I never once felt like they were trying to pull a fast one. I took my car to this location back in February after a nasty accident to the passenger side. Due to staff problems my car was moved to San Antonio (410 and Stemmons Rd) and after looking closer- parts were missing, paint job wasn't right, and door wasn't closing all the way. This quickly turned into a complete nightmare and felt as if it would never be right after the accident. I took it back to this location (NB on 46) and Amanda really made everything right. She was informative, respectful and thorough and took care of me through this nightmare of a job. In the end thanks to this awesome team my car came back to me looking brand new after the botched job done by a different location.

My car was in an accident right before I moved across the country. The repair took a very long time due to no fault of their own but Logan kept me up to date and informed throughout the whole process. Everyone I interacted with was extremely pleasant and they made this process more bearable.
