Working with this team has been a lot easier than other firms we’ve worked with. What we require is not simple when it comes to the state regulations and making sure we understand exactly what is needed in our contracts. We have a lot of turnover so I appreciate the fact that this team works with whoever I throw at them.

I contacted this office regarding my water bill in a certain mud district this law firm represents, with no luck of finding information online I called and spoke with Alayna who exceeded my expectations in a resolution. In Soviet Russia Brooks on Young!!

they tried to tie me in out of the blue with a different business that owes back taxes on a mud district (not even the district that the building i lease is in) and are sending me mail with the owner of the companies name the company name then aka another company name then aka my company that I am the sole owner of and the only business I have ever owned they did this because my website address contains part of the other companies name this place is a JOKE!!!!!

Update
Now they reply 3 months after telling me to contact a county tax assessor totally missing that they are calling and sending mail to the wrong business. not the one that has the tax issues that is not associated with me I even talked to the County Tax Assessor before making this review originally. they are clueless!!!!

AFTER THREE YEARS of dealing with Brandi Bobobrains at this office, I finally contacted the IRS and filed a complaint, specifying that Young & Brooks should be audited. If they cannot get their records straight in all the time we have been going back and forth, then imagine what their financial documents look like. I highly recommend others do the same.
