I’ve had the greatest experience with Terminix! I’ve been using their services for about 2yrs now and recently had my insulation replaced as well as a residential exclusion. Alfredo Nares is my Terminix technician and he is consistent every month; closing my gate and being friendly with my pets as he conducts the service is greatly appreciated. Jose was the technician that helped with my insulation and residential exterior. He explained everything in great detail—answering all of my questions with a small education.

I will continue to use Terminix and have been recommending their services to my family and friends.

Time will tell if the treatments work to kill the termites. I have no doubt they will. You can see the pods placed around the house. It was a good service and would highly recommend it for homeowners as an investment to protect your home and or property from unwanted critters.

My main reason is the quality of service that Alfredo provides every single visit. He let's me know ahead of time that his will be there on a certain day and time, he arrives and professionally greets me, and when he is finished he provides me with a report and suggestions for me to take to prevent insects from coming into my house. Alfredo is very dedicated and he is my reason to keeping a monthly plan with Terminix. I also would like to mention that we are not related nor have I ever met him before my monthly plan.
