Rick Patterson's Auto Service

This is the only place I will take my vehicle. Rick is fair and honest. I always get a call before any work is done, and it's always done in a timely manner.

My niece's truck overheated while she was in town and Rick Patterson's Auto Service was the only shop who was willing to squeeze us in before the weekend. Repairs were quick and thorough, they even found a shoddy patch job on a hose which likely led to the overheating.
I really appreciated their flexibility, attention to detail and recommendations on a couple additional concerns we had with the truck. It's been a couple weeks and the truck is running great!

Rick is my favorite mechanic. He's honest and knowledgeable. We've had a lot of car issues over the years and he's always taken good care of us. I won't go to anyone else.

Took my 2011 Jeep in for a repair that I thought it needed and was going to cost an estimated $540. Turns out that it was not a problem after running diagnostics on it. The mechanic/owner was very honest. I didn't have to replace the part so I had him do some other things for me. This is the most honest place I've been to in years. I will definitely take all my vehicles there from now on. I can't recommend this place enough.

We've been doing business with Rick's Automotive repair shop for 20+ years. I've never trusted anyone else to work on our vehicles and have repairs to be done right the first time. We've never had a dealership complete the work as well and at the price that promised by Rick's shop.

I was traveling from Vegas to Florida and my Ford Freestar brokedown near Bridgeport TX. Rick Patterson came to the rescue and fixed the van and got me back on the road. Great service... Thank you

Can't say enough about the customer service! He was quick to answer my questions over the phone. He came to my house towed the vehicle, found the issues, and made the repairs all in the same day!! Saved the day!! Not to mention the cost was very reasonable. This is where I'll be taking my vehicles from now on.

My daughter's 2008 Toyota Scion recently had serious engine failure as she was driving across Texas in Bridgeport. We don't know anyone in Bridgeport, but the local O'Reily's auto parts store recommended Patterson's and I'm really glad they did. Rick Patterson personally towed her car and diagnosed that the water pump had seized and shredded a belt. They replaced the pump at a very fair cost and got her car back on the road in a reasonable time. I was particularly impressed by Patterson's personal attention and integrity and I highly recommend this shop.
