well i'm surprised how helpful the staff was. i was a little worried due to prior reviews but it was fast and easy staff super courteous and super helpful we arrived at 130pm but was testing at 3pm wait was a little high

I received exceptional service from the staff, starting right from the front door to Leslie, who assisted me with my new driver's license application. As a Texas native returning from Colorado, Leslie's outstanding customer service skills significantly eased my transition. It's rare to have such a hassle-free and, surprisingly, enjoyable visit to the DMV. My sincere thanks for the kind and respectful service. Leslie is indeed a model employee to which others should mimic.

A suggestion for improving the call queue system involves utilizing distinct combinations of letters and numbers for different services, potentially streamlining efficiency and minimizing confusion. For instance, 'A' series numbers could be designated for new driver's license applicants, 'B' for renewals, 'C' for commercial licenses and so on. This approach could alleviate the anxiety experienced in the waiting queue as the current system of non-sequential number calling often leaves individuals uncertain about whether their number has been missed.

Truly a "Mega Center". This place is huge! I was in and out of there faster than making a frozen pizza. I showed up with an appointment (the only way to be seen these days) due to an online issue trying to update my address and was quickly able to get it fixed.
From the moment I entered the door, everyone was super helpful and courteous. I was motioned thru with clear instructions on what to do next and where to go. I only waited about 2mins before someone was helping me. We were able to resolve my issue and create a plan so I could use their online services again.
Everyone is taking safe covid measures. All employees and customers wore masks. Hand sanitizer throughout and proper spacing. Highly recommend setting an appt online and coming to this DPS station.

Excellent service from the moment you walk in through the doors - and we’ve been there multiple times. The young lady (I didn’t get her name) who assisted me was super nice and funny. Thank you!

Awesome place, THEY OPEN TILL 6PM ON TUESDAYS ONLY. I went on week 3 of their opening. Super big, everything new and a lot of tellers. Everybody super polite and with true desire to help.

Really impressed with the quality of service I’ve received. I’m a hater of DMV agencies, but this one at least now that they are starting was great, probably with time and as more people come here service will worsen, but as of right now I have no complaints.

Best DMV ever!!! Quick, attentive, and efficient. In and out, having completed the process in less than 30 minutes.

The 3 ladies that attended us were very kind and professional. They rescheduled an appointment that I had on another location to this one.

We were welcome by a front door assistant and helped us along to set an appointment for the same day about twenty minutes in wait time for the process to begin about 40 minutes total time approximately.

Great experience renewing my license. Rick C. was super nice and patient with me and my two kiddos.

Great driving experience with Rick C. The best DPS service I’ve had here in the Valley, I’m from Mission but drive out here for their fast and efficient service. Shout out to Rick he really makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. He’s amazing!! 10/10 costumer service from Him.

The new “Get in Line Online” feature is great! I set up my appointment, arrived about 10 minutes early and was out in 15 minutes. The DPS representative Ms. Fuentes was very kind and fast. I’m so glad this office is located in Edinburg!

All of the staff was super kind and helpful. Less than a 15 minute wait both times. Rick C was my driving license tester and made me feel confident in testing. Overall great experience

EXCELENT !!! My experience here this week was great, had my appointment for renewal at 12:45 and I was out of there at 12:40 they only let you in 30 minutes before appointment. Great service, thanks y’all. 👍🏼👌🏼

With their services online now, it is very easy to do most of the things avoiding long lines.

I have gone for a second time to visit the DPS office and I can say that Rick C. is the best DPS officer.  He made sure our questions were answered and provided us with a lot of information about the procedures. 2 other ladies all they did was basically show us how upset they were because we did not have what was needed (we tried to be ready but it was not the correct documentation needed). Quickly, they all try to tell you to return home.
Also, the lady who processed our application today not once did she smile or did she try to help answer our questions. They need to understand that the customer is us and that we need better customer service.

The other 3 staff members have no education or manners. I can imagine the treatment others get. We can speak English and we were discriminated.  I am in the education field and would like this office to have better treatment for all and without any discrimination. We only felt welcomed by Mr. Rick. Thank you so much sir!
