We stopped at Auto Zone at 10:00 pm because the check engine came on and we had to drive to Omaha and we was worried we wouldn't make it and even though they locked the doors Miguel came out and and did a diagnostic check on it and went back in and printed the paper out for us. He didn't have to do this for us because they had closed. Thank you Miguel.

Yesterday my car quit right at AutoZone. The staff was extremely helpful. They checked my battery and gave me a boost. I drove out of the parking and the car quit at the stop sign. They gave me 2 more boost and explained it was my alternator. I could not get a tow service due to no one was open, they contacted PR auto Repair who came to Auto Zone and fixed the car. The staff of AutoZone went above and beyond to help me. I am forever grateful. May God Bless each and everyone of you.

The service staff here is knowledgeable about the products and efficient in finding you specific item if they carry it. "The counter* which stands between the employees and customers lends an atmosphere of the "customer ares" versus *the employee" area which slightly distracts from the feeling of individual attention. Employees ate polite and courteous, but customers seem to be *sent* to various areas, rather than being *taken & shown* available products. Overall, if you know exactly what you need, you may be in & out quickly if the part is in stock. Otherwise, you may loose valuable time looking for an illusive item. Be certain of your needs, and prepared with knowledge of your item, and your visit will be quicker and faster.

Great employees. Always willing to help you. Especially the managers John and Luis. They saved me a lot of money. They discovered a small issue on my truck that caused a huge problem. I thought i needed new heads and turns out just needed a small part to the cooling system. Saved me thousands. Honest guys too. They were even helpful to me when my bank screwed up. They even iffer discounts for veterans.

The Clerk talked me into applying for a reward card, he took his time to explain how it works and the benefits of having a reward card. Very polite and it was service with a smile. 🙂
