There was a young man working the checkout and I had to get Jacy to correct our purchase. He failed to enter the 15% discount and tried to explain it to me. Anyway we saw Jacy and got her to correct our ticket. I hope she retrains him.

2 beautiful young ladies helped me at Sephora . I wish I would have got their names but they gave great customer service, greeted and approached me immediately, helped me with the items I needed .

JACY, is a great customer service individual. She is always friendly, helpful and quick to check me out. If she’s available, Jacy is the person I will go to behind the register I know I will get the best service the best help from Jacy. In the past Kohl’s has not had the best people working in the Midland Texas store. Don’t lose Jacy, and give that lady a raise!
