Mr. Brent Moss and Angela Relentlessly pursued Justice for my mother who was abused and neglected While in a nursing home that was supposed to look out for her and take care of her. I would recommend these folks to anyone seeking Justice for a loved one. They are kind compassionate and the best at what they do. I really can't say enough about these folks. Even after the case was settled Brent has provided advice and has been available for any questions or guidance we have needed, he is always prompt to respond.

From the time that the incident happened had had some issues trying to find a lawyer to represent my mom and her case and I was notified on Facebook. after my mother almost lost her life due to medical negligence, I was able to contact Brent Moss of Marks Balette, Giessel & Young he sat down with me, spoke with me very patient attorney you don’t find too many of those nowadays he listened, got to know me, my family, my mother and her case he decided to take on the case. he explained everything to myself and my mother in detail down to the button if there were any questions that we needed answered, he was always there to provide along with his assistant, Angela Morris. we never had to questioned his work All paperwork was put in place at the right time. Brent Moss with "Marks Firm" did a great job with my lawsuit. Even though I was willing to settle for less, Brent fought to get close to the maximum amount allowed by law. Talk about someone who does his homework and is quick on his feet, that's Brent Moss. If you ever need to be represented, I recommend "Mark's Firm" and I would specifically request Brent Moss.

Attorney contacted me….obtained my contact information from a fraud contact, claimed to be investigating a skilled nursing facility due to a pending lawsuit against the corporate entity that owns the facility. If there is a lawsuit pending and it’s legit, you don’t need to “contact” someone who wrote a Google review as I would think the “facts” of the so called lawsuit would prevail otherwise it wouldn’t be a lawsuit. How were my phone numbers obtained???? This “attorney” never could explain that….

Again, people try sneaky tactics to cover up things or discourage families from pursuing justice for loved ones that are mistreated or caused to die by negligent skilled nursing facilities.

called on 04/07/2022 at 12:33 spoke with ROSA (what is the name she gave me) asked to be transferred to Chrystel Asher since I was returning a call..... Rosa is a very rude, she was not able to transfer or even leave a message for Chrystel ... she needs training on customer service ASAP and on who works for the firm, or at least ask her supervisor. Had to call a second time and had no problem leaving a message to the person I need it to talk to.

Do not recommend.
