Cumber Salimah MD

After reading all reviews, we were a little apprehensive since my husband had an upcoming first visit with Dr. Salimah Cumber. This was our experience--- we first noticed staff was busy but seemed friendly to everyone. ( our wait was about 1 hour ) Dr. Cumber was very pleasant , very professional (and not in a rush ) took the time to explain all medications exams ect. She was very thorough and very pleasant. So glad all turned out well!

Very clean place and nice staff, been there several times and always inn and out with no complaints. The doctors and nurses are always nice and they treat my wife that is disable very good.

I have been going here for 15 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My visits to this location has been great everytime I go.

The office staff is rude and very unprofessional. The latest office mgr. ( Azesse) and receptionist are now making medical decisions for patients. And seem to determine who can and can not see a P.A or Dr. there. regardless of means of payment or ins. My visit there, I saw 2 ladies escorted out for fighting.. I had questions about medication the receptions could ? would not answer. after waiting 2 1/2 hrs. and seeing new walk ins called back, I went back to the counter where she was verbally abusive and slammed my chart which she had not even put up there for me to be seen, and yelled at the people in the back ya'll see her, maybe someone can explain iit, I don't have THE TIME. WELL GUESS WHAT THAT'S HER JOB. then I was given the wrong & incomplete medications. Next stop is the AMA about how serious my visit was. Glad I have witnesses.. Getting a new Dr.

Horrible. Just horrible. They broke just about every OSHA rule known.

En este consultorio las muchachas que están al frente tienen muy mala actitud con todos los pacientes, pensé era solo conmigo, pero es en general. Difícil comunicación vía telefónica. Ellos siempre están apurados para que te vayas olvidando dar recetas completas o ordenes para transferirte con especialistas. Tengo problemas del corazón lo cual no fue importante para ellos darme la autorización para el cardiólogo. Esta clínica está enfocada más en números de pacientes que atiende por día. Es increíble la indiferencia a la salud del pacientes
