Amarillo City Hall

Traffic around City Hall is busy and congested from construction and event bring set up at Convention Center. Parking is in front of the City Hall building. There is a limited number of handicapped parking spaces with a ramp walk leading up to the building on the east side of the building from the parking area.

The lady working in the water department her name is Kia she did an outstanding job today. Her supervisor as well. Great attitude and customer service over all.

God has blessed this beautiful city.

Take one look at the surrounding properties and their oversized parking. They just raised another historic block of 1920's warehouses across from the Amarillo hardware building to make way for parking in an area where street parking is rapidly abundant. Plus I don't think they even had a vote about spending the millions of dollars to move city hall into the hardware building

Their website for vital stats shows they close at 430pm. I left work early so I could get my sons birth certificate yet when I got there at 415 they said they had closed at 4. Do everyone a favor and update your website City of Amarillo

Just moved to Amarillo and the city isn't leaving a very good impression with me. How can u read a meter that the screen is busted.. Today is Friday and they won't even answer the phone,I've called 5 times just to be hung up on! I read the reviews about this City and I'm really starting to believe this town was the wrong choice!!! 👎

Our city offices are so poorly ran but based on the terrible city leadership, it isn’t surprising. Simply needed my birth certificate but you have to schedule an appointment to even get a vital record.

The level of homeless and panhandlers is ridiculous. Go to McDonalds….. people pressuring you for money, go to many intersections…… same thing. Doesnt appear that city hall is doing anything to address the issue

Every time we call the dog pound they dont what to do nothing in everything some body's Whole Nine Yards trash cans beside a trash can alleys and nobody can't do nothing about it Where is our mayor at when this is going down it don't make know cents at all

Waited 20 mins for service. Another 10 for my change that i never got just decided to leave. Very unprofessional people working there. Hope i never have to go back and im sure supervisor was there also doing nothing

This city, not only fleeces the people, they railroad people into submission. Water is a basis of life.
