Was promised a check by 1/10/20 which never arrived. Then after calling several times I was told they sipped it incorrectly. A supervisor told me it would be mailed on Thursday the 16th or Friday the 17th at the latest and would be ups overnighted at their expense since he admitted fault in not following up on my check. I then called again on Saturday the 25th since I had not received my check when again the same supervisor told me it was his mistake and that it could not be mailed until Tuesday the 21st because he once again did not tell me correct info . Now my account is negative $500 and he tells me that I have to mail a copy of my bank statement showing that they caused me to go negative and that it would take 3-10 days to process my refund check and another week to receive it. In the meantime all my bills are bouncing and I’m receiving fees from the bank, this all over a check that should of been received by me on 1/10/20. If I don’t get a refund within 24-48 hrs and another check overnighted at their expense I will be absolutely irate and forced to contact my local news and an attorney to hopefully be able to pay my rent and have the money I deserve by February 1st 2020. Do not use prudential they don’t care about you as a human, they will lie over and over and admit it’s their fault but all they can do is say I’m sorry over and over. They don’t care if you end up homeless for trying to get your own money from them. This is ridiculous. I’ll update after I go through the refund process with as much info as possible. Be aware,
