Had an upsetting moment when I first came due to misunderstanding, came back the 2nd time and the lady with twist in her hair was very helpful and help me calm down.she did not let me leave until I fully understand what went wrong and what I can do for future references. Overall It was an okay experience

Parking spots are extremely narrow. People always park over the lines preventing others to park. Makes in extremely inconvenient

Rude and helpful? rudefull I guess its who you get helped by I've had both great and bad experiences like today.

I submitted a pick up request for last THURSDAY -2 boxes... This is now Monday and they are still sitting out on the porch. I even called in this morning with a complaint and was assured they would be picked up today .. it is nearly 11 pm & they are still sitting there. This is not the first time I've called in a complaint about being bypassed. These boxes can be seen from the street... absolutely no excuse for this AGAIN, AGAIN, & AGAIN...
