If I could give this place 100 stars, I would! I was dealing with some unfortunate circumstances and reached out to Vantage. Jeff was truly God Sent! He was very patient and understanding. He went above and beyond the call of duty and touched bases with me to make sure I had a smooth process. Customer Service is A1! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I know!!

Literally the smoothest process I ever had purchasing a space. Best staff, very professional and knowledgeable about the lot and surrounding area. The security is on site as well as being well lit and cameras all over the place. Best decision I made for my trucks and team.

Vantage has been so helpful to my fleet, Jeff the new Manager is on top of the yard and improving it every day since I have been here, very happy with the customer service here and the improvements to the yard.

Tessa's customer service is awsome. Talking to Her on the phone is what made me decide to park my truck and trailer there and after I met her personally I realized my Truck and trailer will be secured. I like and respect her rules for the yard. Without rules ther would be anarchy. Rules are set in place to protect you and your property.. Keep up the good work...keep Ruling...and thanks for going beyond your duties and coming all the way back to get me my phone I left in the office..

This is the 2nd time I needed to find a space for my driver in Houston. Each time I was beyond pleased with Tessa Brisher, the Manager at the Houston location. She was so professional, easy to talk with and was able to make the process so efficient and smooth. I would recommend this location again and again because of how much I enjoyed doing business with Tessa. If you need any parking short or long term in the Houston area, Vantage will take care of you!

Tessa is always so nice and fair. I’ve parked two of my trucks here and never had a problem. Great lot as long as you don’t do anything stupid.

I park here and my experience is only thing is the yard or driveways needs to really be paved. Lots of pot holes. Mostly small and some large and dust is horrible. And charge tax on monthly payments. But security is friendly and nice and Tessa is very friendly and nice. Always speaks and wave. Also helps to keep yard organized. I really feel safe parking here. 24 hour security 24/7 safe place to park vehicle (s)
