Alex is the best! As soon as I walked in Alex greeted me with the best smile and was to help. He helped me get my new phone all set up and made the process easy, short and fun!

Eduardo was absolutely amazing! He helped me with every request I had with first net and my new iPhone 15 pro. He was patient and knowledgeable! I definitely appreciate all the help with resolving every issue I had! Definitely recommend seeing Eduardo if you have any problem at all

Sean helped me go through a bunch of hiccups while upgrading multiple devices over several days. He was knowledgeable, kind, and enjoyable while I put him through the ringer. His sense of humor and patience made the experience great. The manager Auston was also awesome. He checked in with us and made sure everything went smoothly. I hope I don't need to go back for some time, but if I do I know they will take care of me!

I went in to upgrade my phone because my SIM card kept malfunctioning. Dorian switched me to a digital SIM card, fixing my phone, and he advised that I upgrade in a few months instead when the next iPhone comes out. No charge to me, and no sale for Dorian, but wow what a good honest salesman! Thanks Dorian!

We were very satisfied with the service at the ATT Coulter location. Sean Felker did an awesome job in meeting our needs with new phones. The wait was a little long, but it was in the middle of A Saturday afternoon, so was expected. The ATT team was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. Very impressed.

While my wife and I had to make a second visit to the At&t store, we were not looking forward to having to deal with what ever rep we would have. Dorian's straight forward attitude, knowledge, and respect to his customers changed our attitude and made our visit enjoyable.

I love going to this store they have great customer service Ashley has helped me twice with my phone purchases and she is awesome and patient . I also have gone in there to get tv and internet. We are an at and t house and I love it .

Went to the ATT store on Coulter St in Amarillo with a problem with my bill. Julie a sales representative stepped up to help me and spent over a hour on the telephone solving a problem that I thought unsolvable. Her attitude, patience, knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. Thanks Julie for your help. You were super.

Julie was awesome in resolving my problems. I was ready to return this phone. She also helped with other issues that were unclear from customer service as well as teaching me phone use. She deserves a raise.
