These people are wonderful to work with and do very professional work. I decided to refurbish a set of Homecrest furniture that I purchased 20+ years ago.This was quality furniture when I purchased it and now it has been restored to its original condition. We are once more able to enjoy our deck.

From the front office staff to the delivery men who picked up and returned our outside table and chairs, our entire experience with Criterion, Inc., was excellent. The refinished furniture looks brand new, and accents our back deck. Highly recommended in terms of quality of service, speed of delivery, and customer communication and care.

Working with Criterion was a wonderful experience. They were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We had a large job done and each and every piece of furniture looks brand new and the color combinations are excellent. I could not be happier with the finish product and working with such a wonderful group of people.

Criterion was wonderful! They picked up my item to be repaired and I was so disappointed because I did not know they also could restore. Bree called and said the would return to pick up the rest of the bed and repair & restore everything with no pick up charge.. I also sent a second bed for restoration. These two beds were over 100 years old and they look wonderful. I got them back yesterday and I can't say enough about the service this company provides. The delivery man said they repair anything made of metal. I am already looking for something else to have them fix and restore! 5 STARS!!!

Over the past five years, I have used Criterion for outdoor furniture repair on three items. Their office staff and technical staff are friendly and knowledgeable. During my most recent visit, the pleasant gentleman who offered to help me unload my truck turned out to be an owner of the business. I recommend them highly!

I am very pleased with this company. They were very friendly, responsive and efficient. My old patio furniture looks like new and at a price far below what replacement would have cost. Initially I was apprehensive at using a company in W Va. because of the distance from my home. However they have regular pick up and delivery and their process worked efficiently. Because of Covid I knew I would need to be patient but when I had some unexpected family guest they were able to speed up the return of my furniture.
I recommend them highly and will not hesitate to use them again.

Just returned with my repaired outdoor rocker - the quality of work was truly better than new. I received prompt and courteous service via email with Shelly who gave me fabric options as well as samples which were quickly shipped to my home and was then able to special order the type and shade of premium sling material that I chose. The repair estimate was thorough and the price charged matched the estimate to the penny (a good deal less than the price of a new chair.) I chose to make the hour and a half drive to Keyser and am glad I did. My thanks to all who made this happen!

I recently sent my Brown Jordan patio furniture to Criterion for reconditioning services. We debated whether to just by new furniture, but upon inspecting the quality of what's on the market today, we quickly realized that the quality of our desk furniture -- originally bought years ago -- was far superior.

The staff at Criterion couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. We told them our Brown Jordan line -- Quantum Collection -- and they provided samples and information on sling/fabric and paint colors. They explained the entire process. Criterion reps would pick up our goods, sand blast the frames, repaint them and repair any necessary hardware, such as floor glides.

Criterion's rep provided an estimate -- confirmed by email -- and requested a deposit prior to pickup. This was easily handled by credit card over the phone.

Pickup day was scheduled, and the staff arrived within the pickup window. The staff was exceptionally courteous and provided a pick-up receipt.

Several weeks later, Criterion advised us of a delivery date and again, delivery was within the delivery window. The crew placed the furniture on the deck, unwrapped it, and we were amazed.

The quality of the work was such that the table and chairs looked like new -- right out of the Brown Jordan factory the day we originally bought it. The paint finish was smooth, the sling fabrics were taught, with no folds or imperfections. New floor glides were also installed, and all hardware/accessories, such as lounge chair recliner bumpers were replaced.

We priced new Quantum pieces, and the cost would have far exceeded reconditioning. While we could have purchased another line at a big box store, the quality, gauge of the aluminum frames and general construction could not meet the specifications on contract line goods.

Overall, we believe we made the right decision in selecting Criterion for our refinishing needs. They are true professionals, provide excellent service and do quality work. The results were worth the investment and the wait and I would highly recommend them.
