I have to say I am pleased with the installation and service. It was done neat and tidy and they cleaned up after themselves.
Also it seems the new furnace is outperforming my 30 year old unit.
I won’t know how the A/C will perform until summer.

Fantastic customer service and installation staff was friendly and knowledgeable. A couple years back our unit had stopped working so we had a different company come look at it and they said we needed to replace it immediately. I decided to obtain quotes and A-1 came and told us that wasn’t the case it was merely iced over and got us back in business immediately. We were ready to buy a new unit and they could have sold it to me and I never would have known. That honestly had me call them from then on and when it finally was time to purchase a new unit, I didn’t look anywhere else. They did a great job and quickly. Highly recommend them!

Each time I have used this service it has been the highest quality I could expect. Service was always explained and technicians were always professional and on time. Cost was on point with all research I did, and I never felt pressured into a selection. I will highly recommend their services to anyone!

I have called A1 out to my house twice within the past year, once for our air-conditioning, most recently for our furnace. both experiences were very positive, and I felt like honest work was done that fixed our problems. We had Clayton come out both times. I appreciate the consistency of the value and quality of their work.

Our central a/c unit died on Labor Day in the 91 degree heat. A technician came the next day and scheduled a replacement on Saturday. We were surprised when he called and said he could be there in a half hour (Thursday) two whole days earlier than scheduled. We love our new unit. It is so quiet and the house is cooling down. A1 service and we will definitely call A1 Heating and Cooling the next time we need anything. Wonderful, wonderful company, courteous and efficient technicians and office staff.

Our 25-year-old air conditioner has been making funny noises. We hesitatingly called A - 1 Heating & Cooling and made an appointment, resigning ourselves to the idea that it was probably time for our old unit to cross the rainbow bridge.

For the second time in three years, they cleaned it out, checked all the parts, lovingly patted it and said, "Its definitely old, but it still has some life in it!"

They could have easily told us it was done, and charged us a used car for a new one. But they didn't. And that's why we call Beckie every time. When that sad day finally comes, we will call her again!

I was very pleased with the service on the phone as well as the technicians who showed up. We had a ductless system installed in new room in our house. They were quick to get us on the schedule and get us taken care of. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

My furnace shuddered and stopped working one cold morning while home with my kids. I called another local company that I had used in the past but they weren’t able to even come look at it until following day. Having three small boys at home, that was not going to work. I called A-1. They came out that afternoon. The tech, Clayton, immediately recognized the issue, called the part in, picked it up and put the new one on within an hour. Super nice people, the whole way through. The price was more than fair. I would absolutely recommend them. So very thankful!

My furnace was not working so we called A-1 Heating & Cooling. They arrived within a couple of hours. The service man was courteous and professional. The issue was found and resolved in a quick and timely manner. We would definitely recommend them and will continue to use this company for our HVAC needs.
