Their customer service is so good that it makes ChikFilA look like Walmart.. The attention to detail and care about YOUR NEEDS are so tailored to each individual that its mind blowing.. Also, Dusty is an absolute LEGEND in the community and never fails to come through. He'll get you sorted out, and from first hand experience, you will be beyond happy with what he recommends! I will always give these folks a call first before ever trying anywhere else, and I stand behind that.

Not sure what the issue is with the rest of these customers complaining about slow fulfilment times. I placed my order late Wednesday and it was delivered Friday afternoon. They also had the best price I could find on the item I ordered.

So my first experience I would say don't believe the negative reviews, ordering was easy and I will say it was easier getting in touch by email I usually got a response within minutes. They were 100% upfront and honest and truthful and respectful, unfortunately I did have to cancel my order due to a timing issue everything was taken care of and my money returned within a day and a half. Ray was the guy that worked with me and his customer service was absolutely stellar and even though I wasn't able to do business this time I will most definitely be back for any and all future orders. Don't believe the negative reviews chances are those people are miserable and lack patience and I would highly recommend MVP Motorsports. One suggestion my order offered a two-day delivery which surprised me due to my order however that was not an option for the part I was getting, should probably find a way to work that one out so people aren't paying expedited shipping for nothing. That alone would probably clear up some confusion and frustration other than that I had a great experience dealing with MVP Motorsports

Have ordered almost 3k worth of stuff from Dusty. Overall great experience. Time for people to grow up and stop being babies if their stuff doesn't show up magically installed on their cars in 24 hours.

Ordered an exhaust on Monday at 2pm and had the exhaust shipped and sitting in front of me before noon the next day. I had great experiences with this company when they had a sister-site that was strictly RSX related and after over 10 years since buying from them I have received the same excellent service as I once remember. Will definitely order from again

Great experience with these guys, was looking for an megan racing exhaust, everyone was telling me 2-3 months. These guys got it to me in 3-4 weeks, with amazing price. Great communication and customer service.

Been ordering parts from MVP for my Supra for the last 15 years or so, always timely service and fast shipping, with some of the best customer support around. Very knowledgeable staff has been able to answers many of questions even outside of orders, with no pressure for me to purchase from them. Genuinely a great group of guys!

These guys are fantastic! They are NOT, I repeat, NOT MVP Auto Parts so ignore all the horrible reviews because apparently their customers can't read. The crew here is friendly, fast to reply, offers really fast shipping (same day on almost every order if you place it early enough), and their attention to detail is unlike any company I've ever dealt with. I have purchased a few parts from mvp motorsports and I can’t say enough about the customer service and the detail and time spent explaining how things fit/get installed, the people at mvp are very knowledgeable and know what works and what doesn’t. To me that ls a huge help when it comes to modding cars, it saves you time and money to do it right the first time. Excellent company

I've been a happy customer for at least 10 years. Throughout the years MVP has always tried to keep me happy. Maybe a part got delayed, they would give alternatives or full refunds no questions asked. I have even asked to go after parts they don't offer and was still able to purchase thru them.

The first and main place I shop for all my parts. I began buying parts here based on their expertise and pricing for my Toyota Supra and have now bought off-road parts and all sorts of other upgrades over the years. They are always professional, knowledgeable, quick to ship, and most important to me are excellent with communication! Keep up the great work!

MVP Motorsports is one of the very few stores left that is dedicated to the Supra community. They have been relentless in trying to find not only new vendors to purchase from, but new products to offer the community.

Customer service has been very easy to work with and get a hold of and the professionalism of the employees has been outstanding.

I purchased a custom made triple a-pillar gauge pod before the Black Friday Sales and MVP was nice enough to refund me the difference and include my order as part of the sales.

Dusty, saw I was asking some general questions on one of the Supra pages and jumped in and offered some great advice on some different products for my MKIV Supra. He was extremely helpful while I himmed and haw'd for a couple of days until I finally decided what I wanted to pull the trigger on. They are always top notch I've ordered from them several times.
