Arborstone Storage Van

East Side Storage has been a great place that I trust to keep my belongings safe. I have used it for over a year and the owner is always there when I go.
He is very friendly and helpful. He keeps the property clean. He has cameras to keep an eye on things and I like being able to access my unit 24 hours a day. I highly recommend this storage facility, that is why I am rating this place.

i have been a good customer with arborstone storage in Van tx since dec 2022 and opted out on insurance at that time. May 2023 arborstone billed my credit card for insurance with no notice. i uploaded my homeowners declaration to the automated system and was billed for insurance again. they did not receive the insurance page I sent in may 2023 so i uploaded it again and was told it would be several days before it was fully uploaded but when i rented the unit and uploaded document they saw it immediately. they were going to have customer service rep contact me and no one has. i will be moving to a different storage facility this month. i hope its worth losing a good customer over their "automated system" and charging credit cards for insurance with no notice and doing nothing to resolve their issues. I do not recommend this place and i do not intend to continue to do business with arborstone in the future. I should not have to use their insurance if i already have coverage on my homeowners insurance and they have no interest in resolving the issue.

If you want customer service and a storage facility that you don't have to worry about, look elsewhere. I am a current customer and have been for several years now. Recently my last auto payment did not do through. Ok, no problem right? Wrong. Nobody will answer the phones, messages or text messages. I have call 3 different numbers several times over the past 2 weeks trying to get this resolved. I have tried contacting Victoria tankersley multiple times with no success. Now i have been notified via text that I have been locked out of my unit. Nobody will call me back so I can get this resolved!
