Greenbriar Terrace Apartments

Moved in November and I love it! Staff extremely friendly and professional. Nice and quiet area and the rent includes cable tv as well. I have had a few things needing to be fixed, and the maintenance staff is prompt and knowledgeable. Also, there's an emergency maintenance number, which is great to have. The staff cleans the property often, so there aren't any eyesores. It's safe with ample lighting outside, three locks on the front and back doors with peepholes, and the windows allow great sunlight inside. I plan to live here for years to come!!

They are very professional and a well intended staff. A helpful staff who cares, maintenance is swift to the fix. I am very impressed with the hospitality from the entire crew at these apartments.

I have really enjoyed living here, the ladies at the office are more than helpful. The property is well maintained. Location is amazing everything I close by and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for the whole process to be a great transition.

Greenbriar staff is amazing. We only had 1 week to find a place that we could afford and was big enough. The remodel/ maintenance crew worked extra hard to get our apartment ready in time. I love the wood and tile floors are great. We have plenty of room and quiet neighbors. They are also pet friendly; which is important for people like me, how have need of a service pet.

We moved in a month ago and LOVE our apartment. Brooklyn at the office is amazing and so helpful. I would highly recommend this management group if you are looking for a new place to live.

Clean apartments, friendly Management, the maintenance comes and fixes things quickly. The free cable is a nice perk. The size of the apartment is a really good deal for the affordable prices. One of the best apartments I've lived in.

Moving back to Amarillo from the East Coast presented challenges to find a nice, affordable, safe apartment. The awesome staff worked with us to have everything ready when I arrived. Friendly neighbors, big clean apartment and so far, the maintenance has been quick and efficient. This was an excellent choice!

We just signed our 2nd year lease with them because we love our rental!!! Madi in the office is very professional and efficient, she's always there when we needed her. Anytime we've had an issue it was always resolved in a timely manner. We hope to spend many more years with them!

I moved here to Amarillo not even a month ago. The ladies in the management office (Rayvun and Madi) have made this transition comfortable for me. They have treated me like family and to me that means a lot. Even before I did move here, just touching base with me and helping along with the process.
There were a few things that still needed tweaked in my place, but they were on top of it.
I have suggested to a few people that I have meet since I have been here to look at renting from them.
I do highly recommend this place, they do treat you like family.

Ive lived there for 4 years and I absolutely love the place! Maintenance is always very speedy if ever needed. Mady in the office is awesome! Very professional and courteous. I'd recommend these apartments to anybody.

My boyfriend and I just moved in about a week ago and it has been such a great experience. It’s quiet, we’re comfortable, and the staff and community are incredibly helpful and so nice!

I enjoy living at The Greenbriar Terrace because the staff cares about their tenants. Especially at at time like this it is really appreciated. The rooms are very spacious and maintenance always comes in a timely manner! The communication from management is also a major plus!

From the beginning the staff has been extremely helpful and understanding throughout the move in process and made us feel welcomed. We actually viewed another one of their properties but they suggested Greenbriar Terrace, as it was more spacious and affordable. We love calling Greenbriar Terrace our new home!!

Hello My name is Ms Williams,I first moved over here they where very nice in the main office and they was willing to work hard on getting me a 2bedroom apartment ,I have been in my apartment 2years and I like my apartment, but they do need a little fixing, some mold problems but over all if don’t nobody bother you it’s peaceful and quiet.They try to work hard on maintenance to fix things. I Like Madi, Blake, they help as much as they can. Thank you

My first year here has been wonderful the maintenance staff is on top of work orders and the people that run the office are some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! Definitely would recommend renting here if your looking for something nice and affordable wih awesome people in a central location!

Good location, well kept apartments, grounds are clean. Great staff from the office to the maintenance people this it the best apartments places in town.

I only been here a couple of months but am pleased large spacious rooms..Clean and quiet neighbors free cable and the office staff are great they get things done.I am glad it's close to stores.I would recommend it to others.
